“This would be a good grocery store anywhere, but seeing as it's the only game in town, it's remarkably good. The produce section is small (everything is small) but has high quality and good variety, and every aisle has great options. We were surprised to find baby bok choy (very fresh -- in late Winter!) and bought about half of their supply. They must restock like crazy here, and the staff is quite friendly. Just remember the 7:00 to 7:00 hours and you won't be disappointed.”

“Newport Market is place I always feel welcome and the employees, who are also owners, make an effort to say hi and remember my name. It’s a shopping experience there, freshest produce, great cheese and meat selection, huge beer and wine selection. Beyond the top notch food, Newport Market is a huge part of the Central Oregon community. I was lucky enough to bump into the founder in the produce aisle and he shared they opened the first store in 1976 in LaPine. True local company that gives back in many ways to the community.
