Me and my wife have been living in Ben for 15 years now We own a business here we contribute to the community on a regular basis Every year we take a stroll downtown we go in a little stores we buy something we may not even need it, we just like helping local businesses we decided to go in larks never have been in this store before as soon as we entered the store we were approached by. I guess she worked there and she says oh you’re back again. Me and my wife looked at each other we were so puzzled. We have never been in this store before so we assume that she mistake us for someone else so we just decided to walk around pick up a few things I had some items in my hand. This lady rushes out the back room and said I’ll take those for you I said oh OK that’s fine, after about 10 minutes of browsing, my wife finally says let’s just get the items they have holding for us up at the desk and then we’ll go so we walk up to the desk there’s four women behind the desk not a one ask us may I help you? Is there something I can help you with? They ignored us completely so it was clear that we were mistaking. For someone else after about five minutes of standing there, no one helped us. My wife tapped me on my shoulder and says let’s go. I said oh OK. Let’s go. I’ve experienced these type of things before. Yes, you are racist. Yes, you are. There is no doubt about it your business the way that you handled The situation whatever Mistaken identity you had Perceived us to be someone else we have never been in your store and we never ever will return. You are the worst business owners that I have come across in a long time. You have no idea how much money you have lost with your attitude.

My wife and I stop in every time we visit from Portland, they constantly have new fun home decor that complements our style. On our last trip we found some glasses we really liked, though they were down to their last pair. We put our names on the interest list and after about a month they reached out to let us know they were back in stock. We got a pair for our friends and a set for ourselves. Customer service is top notch, thank you for your help Nicole, this place is awesome!

We bought two new leather chairs for our house when we moved to Bend. I LOVED the way they looked and was excited to purchase them from Lark instead of somewhere online. I love being able to find home decor locally and support the shops downtown. The staff is amazing, and I love walking around in there! Highly recommend if you are looking for anything to decorate your home. Every time someone comes to our home the first thing they comment on are the leather chairs. Such a hit, and SO comfortable!

The Good - Very sophisticated and smart decor. Hard to find woods and fabrics. Knowledgeable staff.The Bad - Crazy prices. I almost spent $18,000 on a bed.The Tip - Great place to formulate ideas for your home... But make sure to pick up a piece or two from here when you can. While the prices are high, the quality is as well.

A must stop in interior shop! Beautiful home additions, not to mention a glorious selection of candles and diffusers. I've never walked out empty handed... the selection is up to date and the staff is top notch!! 5 stars for sure! Oh and sign up for their email list...coupons and inside scoops galore!

This is a cool shop with really cool unique things for your home. On the high end price wise. Would be nice if the clerks didn't hover so much making you feel like you're a shoplifter, I detest that, it makes me want to leave every time a clerk does that.

Visiting from South Carolina and my friend brought me to one of her favorite home stores. Beautiful store with a modern flare of products. Furniture and home decor. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Prices are also very reasonable. Fantastic place all around.

Lark is not only the most beautiful store, the people inside are incredibly helpful and care about customer’s wants/questions. I had purchased some large art pieces, but still had two shelves to style. Liz helped immensely to find many pieces that worked for my style and my budget. Home styling is not my strong suit and Lark made the experience fun. I’m a forever customer.
