This store ripped me off for $40 twice. When I showed them they were selling the wrong product in the packaging they acted like it was my fault. This is my neighborhood store so I went back once more and when he gave me the product from behind the Shelf I opened it in front of him and showed him it was the wrong one. Then he gave me another one and I made him open it and it was again the wrong one. He got mad at me and said what do you want me to do open every single one. They don't even try to be a good store. They actually try to rip you off and act like it's your fault. I'm so sad I can't even shop at the store two blocks from where I live. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a neighborhood store in my life.

Bad experience, rude person at the counter. Simply ask them for a price of a product that varies between convenience stores. Person was rude and unwilling to scan the product. Even though I explained the amount of product I would buy depended on there selling price. Bad experience bad customer service.Edited:I changed my review to 5 stars and plan on giving you a second chance now. I mainly wanted to to alert you as the owner of my negative experience. Thank you for your quick response. I completely understand that people have bad days and don’t mind giving you a second chance, but I did want to make sure that other people didn’t experience the interaction I did.

False advertising on Pure Leaf tea. Signs on Pure Leaf say 2 for $4.00 but when you go to the register, they ring up full price. Clerk was having a bad day I guess or probably the 10th time someone asked why they aren't honoring the sign. He was a j*** to me because I asked why the drinks aren't discounted like the sign says. And he raises his voice "the distributor has to change the signs". Like I'm supposed to know that. How dare someone take down false advertising signs besides the distributor.

The adult alternative convenience store. Heh. Get your everything for a quick fix. Or snack. Oh yeah look for the car tools and fish stuff. Extremely quick well knowing service. Hidden store look out!!

I always have an exceptional experience here @ K Mart. The staff here is excellent and habitually go above and beyond to fulfill their customer's needs. The young gentleman who is nearly always behind the counter greets me with a warm smile every time I enter this location. Clean, stocked, and filled with fresh coffee and go to snacks.
