I visit ju-bee-lee every time I go to bend because it's such an amazing shop. I've only been in a few times but the lady who runs the shop always remembers me even though I only visit once a year. The clothes are amazing and the plants are just adorable. I got a black and white plant shirt from ju-bee-lee and it's not see through like so many other shirts I own that just only hold up after so many uses. FAVORITE BEND SHOP EVER!

Ok, I have to tell you….if you haven’t stopped by Jubeelee and you’re in Bend, you’re truly missing out. Their customer service is great and Gretchen and Kirsten are wonderful. And, you’re supporting local businesses. I seriously have never been so impressed.

This is the most authentic and beautifully crafted store. You won't find anything like it. If you need gifts, new wardrobe pieces, or inspiration, come to Jubeelee. The workers are great and the owner is amazing. A quintessential stop for bend locals and tourists.

Ju-bee-lee is the heart of downtown Bend. This adorable store offers the most unique and hand picked finds; from clothes to candles, to cards and coffee mugs-- whether you are shopping for yourself or a lucky someone else, 11/10 would recommend visiting. This store has the best vibes, staff, and shopping!

Sadly, I would not recommend this store for a peaceful and warm browsing experience. The employees make customers feel less than before they even purchase anything by following them around the store eyeing everything they touch. This has now been my experience (and many others whom I am dear friends with) multiple times. The staff have a way of making customers feel very uncomfortable in their store for no reason, as I see in other reviews on here. It's unfortunate because it has a lot of potential!

3.5 stars for me, but will round up to 4. Super cute store, but have to agree with other comments here that they must have an issue with shoplifting. I've worked in retail and shopped retail for years and there's a difference between someone checking in and asking to help take stuff off out of your arms and hovering/demanding to hold it for you. It felt really, really odd. I wasn't able to hold anything for more than 30 seconds (literally) before someone would ask to hold it on my behalf. Totally understand their concern given the little trinkets they have, but I had it happen with clothes that I planned to purchase. After coming out of the dressing room and giving the gal my "no's", I was told to put my yes's on the counter too before I continued walking around to shop. It was a weirdly demanding "put those on the counter." It felt like they didn't trust me and were worried I would take the two clothing items, but it was so odd because I was far away from the door and I didn't even have a purse or anything on me? I couldn't really understand. Some feedback for the owner, if they're willing, coming from someone with a customer experience background. Given the extent of hovering and holding of items, as a consumer I'd honestly just appreciate a very lighthearted "Hey, mind leaving those up here while you peruse a bit more? Sorry about that but we've had an issue with theft recently so want to be extra careful as a small business. Thanks!" That would feel less personal than going through a weird experience and feeling like it was because I myself gave a weird vibe or something. Just a thought to consider! Again, this store has awesome items and has a lot of potential, but I think this area in particular needs to be approached differently otherwise it's just too uncomfortable and I won't be able to recommend it.

I love this store and everything in it but the people working there are rude and snobby. They also assume everyone walking into the store is going to steal something. Constantly hovering and literally within a 10 minute time frame had three different people following around and ask if I am finding everything okay. Personally, I don't feel like I can relax and shop there.

Such a great experience! Needed a gift and they were so helpful with creative ideas that I was unable to come up with on my own.
