I’m sure it’s happened to many of us refrigerator breaks down, so we went shopping for a new one I called Johnson Brothers. The gentleman on Phone said they had what we were looking for so me and my wife paid them a visit when we arrived. We asked did they have this particular refrigerator in stock? It was the old bait and switch The particular refrigerator we were looking at was four months out terrible customer service. We do our best to shop and buy Local. Personally, I would never shop there

Just a note that if you are looking for a new appliance, I would avoid using Johnson Brothers, a local company. I always try and buy local, but I have had the worst experience with my refrigerator. I purchased in August 2022 and had issues from June 2023 through now. They starting repairing my fridge while under warranty and now that it is out of warranty, I have to pay for the parts and service (4 scheduled calls/visits). Remember - this is a brand new refrigerator. I am now being told that a "screeching sound" is normal and nothing they can do (this is the same sound that wasn't normal during the first repair visit and subsequent new part). All of these issues (and replacement parts) stem from the initial service call (or so I was told by the most recent mechanic). Most recently the refrigerator died (I had to have a new motherboard put in). I had to wait 5 days for that service call/ part because they don't have spare parts and don't work on weekends). I lost over $500 worth of food.I have spent countless hours on the phone with both Whirlpool and Johnson Brothers (and had to have conference calls because they wouldn't work together) and since it's now out of warranty, nothing anyone can do, other than to grin and bear it and pay out of pocket to keep fixing. Whirlpool wasn't involved up front so they are wiping their hands (fyi, apparently you aren't supposed to ever call the authorized dealer but the manufacturer while it's under warranty) and didn't have any records of the major issues I was having. I wanted to have a new refrigerator, since all the problems started while under warranty and are still continuing, and while Johnson Brothers did offer to buy back (literally pennies on the dollar), this is a complete shame. Shame on them and shame on Whirlpool. If you have problems with an appliance while still under warranty, if the problems keep persisting outside of the warranty (and because it can take a month to service each issue) - I guess your screwed.

Appliances don’t last a lifetime, but customer loyalty does.This fall we shopped the Black Friday Sale at Jonhnson Brothers Appliances in Bend, Oregon. Account Manager Daniel spent an entire afternoon helping us create our dream kitchen.With their extensive inventory and his knowledge and expertise, we were able to touch, feel, and compare everything.First, we got the best price on the planet for our entire kitchen suite of appliances.Then came our $1,000 dollar manufacturer rebate!Two weeks later, Daniel sold us our washing machine for $150 less than Costco’s sale price!Now it’s mid December and I’m on the manufacturer website and see our microwave/oven combo for $350 less than our Black Friday price.I called Daniel and asked about the price difference, knowing that their Price Match Policy was for local retailers, not online retailers. I wasn’t very optimistic.Daniel said he would look into it.The next morning Daniel called to confirm our mailing address so he could send us a check for $350!Clearly Johnson Brothers Appliances and Daniel went above and beyond to take care of us on every level to give us the best possible customer experience.This is how customers for LIFE are created!Peppe

Best experience ever buying appliances! I’ve purchased all my home appliances threw them and would never use anybody else. VERY pleased with the products and customer service. Highly recommend!

The absolute worst sales and service . They won’t help you and they don’t care if your appliance is defective. Daniel in sales should be fired . Shame on you all .

My experience started out great with a helpful sales associate, but when it came to getting things delivered I was on the schedule and they sold one of my appliances to someone and then wanted me to settle for something else and being a people pleaser I did but when it came to delivery they didn’t even bring the other item. The delivery guy was profusely sorry about the situation, but the associate had no apology or anything. I then asked to just have my original item and he said he didn’t know when they could get it and that was that. We also ordered an item that ended up not working and he said it couldn’t be returned and we had to keep it. So ultimately they wanted me to be okay with their mistake but they weren’t willing to be okay with one of ours and on top of that they weren’t even sorry about it.

Very disappointed with our visit to Johnson Brothers Appliance store in Bend this morning. We saw a trash compactor listed on their website for $849 and wanted to ask about it as our old trash compactor died. The "associated" that greeted us at the door seemed perplexed when we asked about a trash compactor and didn't seem to know if they had one. There was a guy sitting behind the desk near the door that seemed to know more and said that they did have a couple in stock. We asked about the $849 one and he had no knowledge of it and didn't want to bother to look for it on their website. Anyway the "associate" took us to the back of the store and showed us one way overprice model and started to explain that it was a good brand. We then went to the far back of the store to search for the other one they were supposed to have. The "associate" then started opening small refrigerator doors and even an oven to see if they were trash compactors...duh, no! So he then looked on their website, and viola!, the $849 one was listed there with the statement "call for best price", so I asked what was their best price? After about another 5 minutes fumbling around with the computer, typing in the wrong number several times, he came up with $849. Ok, enough of all this...we then left the store...won't be going back there anytime soon.

I’m with High Desert Appliance Repair, new to the area but have had nothing but good experiences with Johnson Brothers Appliance. Very good customer service, good communication, very helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. I will be recommending most if not all my clients to use Johnson Brothers for any replacements.

I've bought things at Johnson brothers a couple of times, and I would love to tell you that I had a great experience with a local company but I didn't. The salesman loomed over me and I ended up with an expensive refrigerator that does not meet my needs. I didn't appreciate the snarky remarks the installers made, either. Thank goodness for Lowes

Excellent appliance store; attentive service; pleasant shopping experience. We purchased an appliance from them in 2020 which needed service. They (specifically Darrin) helped us figure out which type of service was needed, and provided a contact to get the job done. Support local; support this business.

I ordered a dishwasher May 2021. I was told 6 months and it would be in and delivered. Six months passed, no dishwasher, a year passes and no dishwasher. Then we were told it would come in in November- they gave that dishwasher away to another customer- still no dishwasher ( but they are happy to have our money ). Then we're told December - called yesterday to line up delivery- no dishwasher or date when we can get one. Oh I did get "sorry".This place is a joke and Jim who has been "helping" us has been NO help at all!VERY VERY FRUSTRATED

Had a very positive experience with the Johnson Brothers. Bought a new washing machine from them. A piece broke during installation. Got a new one the next week. Works great! Johnson Brothers was helpful during the whole process. I recommend.
