As a paying customer I am told I can't use the restroom. That they are closing them for the night and the store doesn't close another hour and a half. Terrible customer service.

My 93 yr old mom has been going to JoAnns in Bend for years with no issues. Today she was looking at boxed sewing machines with no visible prices. A sales lady was hurrying by and mom politely asked for the price. The sales lady didn't even slow down and threw " I don't know" over her shoulder. Up at the checkout counter we mentioned this to the manager and her reply was they were short staffed, to which I replied that that was no excuse for rudeness. In the future we will drive to Redmond where the sales staff are helpful and friendly.

Ordered online for pickup but forgot a couple items so I went into the store. I was able to find what I needed fairly quickly and was able to check out and get my online order right away. The employee seemed like they didn't want to be there though, not very friendly.

The embroidery machine lady was extremely rude when I was sitting down at the embroidery table looking up on my phone information about the machine. The lady proceeds to rudely tell me to sit somewhere else because she has to work. As I am getting up to leave she continues to make remarks about the rudeness of people and threatens to call the police! I am not sure this is Joanns but whatever company covers the sewing and embroidery machines within Joanns needs to put this lady through customer service training!!
