I thought I just lost the almost 2,000.00 I paid on it. Now it was my fault on making the payment on it . I got complacent because of how long I did business there I felt like family..
That the manger said I left the store so fast that they were are going to make it right because you are like family when you do business there either store credit or the same guitar back on lay away WOW. “Jim is so passionate about metal work and specifically jewelry design that I knew I wanted to make wedding rings with my fiancé at Jims. I'm one to ask a million questions, not only did he answer them all but he gave me so much more detail and helped us make a very informed decision on what we wanted. He will make your dream ring even if you've never done a metal workshop before. Both my fiancé and I are so happy with how our rings turned out and we did so much of it ourselves which was the expirence I wanted. He also offers to do anything you aren't comfortable with. On top of all of that he is an awesome guy to be around and I'm glad to have met him and his pup. I had taken a necklace to another local jewelry store & they told me they would repair my chain. unfortunately, they kept giving me possible issues & they were almost twice the cost. “I visit ju-bee-lee every time I go to bend because it's such an amazing shop. I've only been in a few times but the lady who runs the shop always remembers me even though I only visit once a year. The clothes are amazing and the plants are just adorable. I got a black and white plant shirt from ju-bee-lee and it's not see through like so many other shirts I own that just only hold up after so many uses. FAVORITE BEND SHOP EVER!”

“I fell in love with Bronwen jewelry several years ago and they have become my "signature". I wear them 24/7, during all types of activities and they have held up well. And the customer service is amazing! I had a clasp break on a necklace a few years ago and they fixed it for me without hassle. And recently, when I had a mail delivery issue for my latest additions they responded quickly to my cry for help and worked with me to make sure I received them. So thankful!”

“I found myself with a couple of free hours, so I decided to explore the cool shops of downtown Bend. CC McKenzie was my first stop. Wow, what a cute little shop. I didn't realize they don't have any pics on Yelp yet, or I would have snapped a bunch of photos of their amazing selection of jewelry, bags, shoes, clothes, and allll sorts of fun stuff. I ended up purchasing a lovely new hobo style leather bag for myself, which was a great price and came in so many colors I had hard time choosing. They had some cute women's clothing too, but it was a bit pricey for moi. And they had tons of affordable jewelry! What put this experience over the top was the kind lady behind the counter. When I told her I'd never been to Bend before she told me allll the places to go and even showed me how to get to them. I wanted to return before I left and get another bag in a second color, but I ran out of time. Will definitely be coming here again on my next visit!”
“I just received the starfish necklace for my friends birthday. She’s from Hawaii, so I know she will absolutely love it. But the main thing is, I wanted to tell you that I messaged customer service and immediately they got right back to me so I was totally impressed with that. And then when I received the package yesterday the box was absolutely stunning that it came in, the necklace itself was the most unique and delicate piece ever and all of her jewelry is designed by her. I have always followed her on Instagram and everything about her is so wonderful that I encourage you all to check out her items. I now know, I will be ordering more from her soon.
