JCT 97 Storage and Renee have been great to work with. This was my 1st experience with storage facilities and I was lucky to have found JCT 97. Renee helped me remotely arrange for the space, explained everything so that I felt comfortable and went above and beyond both organizing a lock for me until I could get there and when Renee learned that I really needed power - it was arranged to upgrade the unit!! The JCT 97 location is great, super clean and secure - and recently expanded. Renee was great to work with - strong communication and follow-up. Thanks for providing this great service. Highly recommend JCT 97.

I highly recommend Jct 97 Storage! The facility is very well kept, clean and secure with multiple security cameras on each building. Renee was super helpful, friendly and prompt getting back to me. I live in Redmond but chose this storage company because of the easy access in and out of the facility and Hwy 97.

I recently rented a storage unit from JCT 97 Storage. The facility has a great open layout, easy access, and is clean, well lit and well maintained. Renee was wonderful to work with - very friendly and professional!

I recently rented a storage unit at JCT97 Storage and had a great experience. The facility is well-planned, easy to access, secure and clean. Renee in the office is absolutely wonderful - she is friendly, professional and responsive! It's been a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend JCT 97 to anyone who is looking for storage near Bend, Tumalo or Redmond!

Renee was amazing and helpful. I needed a large storage unit for my truck and one came available just two hours before I called her. My dog kept barking in the background interrupting us but she did not get frustrated!Looking forward to keeping my winter truck in their storage garage.

Awesome facility! Super clean and well maintained with security cameras. I was in a pinch and Renee in the office was a huge help. She was able to work her magic and get me into a unit with an extra tall door in one day. After calling around to literally every storage facility in bend, I can confidentially say that this is one of the only places able to accommodate taller items such as boats or large trailers. Thanks a ton Renee for the help.
