I saw an ad about this brand was extremely excited! However, I did accidentally order the wrong size. RIGHT after I placed the order last week, I reached out in regards to an exchange. There was no response, so when my package arrived this Monday, I called the customer service line within hours and left a message. Again, today I called after receiving no response and am starting to get frustrated. The rings were not cheap, so I would obviously appreciate the quality of them if the brand would actually communicate with their customers.

Buyer beware... I received two rings less than 4 months ago. One of them broke at the joint where the ring was fused - see photo - a flaw in the jewelry (not due to normal wear and tear). I reached out and asked for an exchange. The automated email response included info on returns/exchanges, however, when I received a personalized email response, I was told that James Michelle Jewelry is "moving away from" offering exchanges. The solution they suggested was for me to purchase a new ring!!! They offered a 20% discount, which was a slap in the face. For a small business where word of mouth and customer retention matter, this is not a good look.Extremely disappointed.

really excited to find this piece of jewelry for my girlfriend, they say on their website that they have a one day delivery that you can pay for, but what they don't tell you as you need to read the fine print. At the bottom of the page there in shipping they tell you the process of making it they tell you that how far I can be shipped blah blah blah. If I would've known that I would've just had it shipped regular and not paid additional $44 for overnight shipping, I have emailed them several times and all it is a computer generated response telling me the same thing that they say in their websites I called is horrible customer service, and I will never purchase Julie from them or anything that they make ever again

I purchased a $200 eclipse ring. it is very pretty but delicate & BENDS VERY EASILY! This "gold" ring also TURNS MY FINGER GREEN the worst part is I reached out to costumer service but never heard back so I attempted to post a review to make other BUYERS BEWARE & they did not post it but instead sent me an email stating "we already sent you a response so check your spam". there was nothing in my inbox, spam or anywhere from them. I'm not so much disappointed that I feel ripped off by the poor quality bUT insulted by the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. this was my 2nd attempt to contact them as well.

I just received the starfish necklace for my friends birthday. She’s from Hawaii, so I know she will absolutely love it. But the main thing is, I wanted to tell you that I messaged customer service and immediately they got right back to me so I was totally impressed with that. And then when I received the package yesterday the box was absolutely stunning that it came in, the necklace itself was the most unique and delicate piece ever and all of her jewelry is designed by her. I have always followed her on Instagram and everything about her is so wonderful that I encourage you all to check out her items. I now know, I will be ordering more from her soon. Her prices are great too and she’s in Oregon ???

I recently two ordered two necklaces from Canada so had to pay the exchange which was expected. Hoping they are super awesome because the shipping has been super long and expensive! I paid the extra $39 for world wide expediated shipping ( which translate to about $50 Canadian dollars) . only to find out that I also have to pay an import fee when my package crosses the border with UPS. it was an additional $34. so now I have purchased two 190$ necklaces... waited 10 days and paid $84.00 in shipping. I fully understand this is a small business which I was happy to support but i am feeling rather let down with the shipping and time delays... cant say I would recommend ordering from them!

When I made a purchase from JM, I didn't realize that they only give store credit for returns and you are responsible for paying postage. Since every other online purchase I've made gives refunds, it was my fault for assuming they would as well. I initially purchased the crescent moon necklace which was lightweight, the gold color was brassy and cheap looking so I returned it. With the credit, I purchased the oval hoop earrings and felt the same way about the quality so I returned those as well. Now, I will have to purchase something else with the credit and am feeling really frustrated about the hassle of returning and not being able to get a refund! If I had known this, I would've never purchased from them.

I placed a second order for the Stand By Me Coin necklace because I was so pleased with the first one I gave as a gift. The 2nd one I received was like a dime store jewelry piece. It was very light weight and very cheap looking. In addition to that the trees were stamped on the wrong side of the coin. I sent a picture and emailed only to be told "that's how it's supposed to be." It was like having to wear the necklace backwards. Since it was half price it was not worth the cost in shipping to return it. Such a disappointment though.

LOVE JM jewelry. Literally own a few dozen pieces!!!!!! Unlike many other brands, their jewelry doesn't discolor, tarnish, turn green or any other horrible things that lesser quality jewelry and plated jewelry often does! I LOVE the fact that most of JM jewelry is gold fill -- that's why I can shower, wash dishes, swim, use oils and hand lotions and more, yet my jewelry still looks AMAZING! I have several pieces I've worn for 2 years without barely taking them off and they are still gorgeous. Customer service is great also! Don't hesitate, just buy it - you will be super glad that you did, becoming a JM Fan like me

I absolutely adore the owner after having followed her on instagram since 2012!! But the quality of the products is the reason I continue to shop here! My latest obsession is the organic cotton dune crop tee!!! I have lots of her rings as well and get compliments everywhere I go...specially for the eclipse diamond ring. The customer service is also always top notch! If I need anything fixed they are always on it!!! Thank you for the quality!!!!!

I have purchased several pieces for my wife and she absolutely loves the jewelry! The customer service team is top notch. Anytime we have needed to exchange for a different size, or update our order they are always quick to respond and very helpful. I appreciate the generous warranty as well.

The ball chain is so small you can barely see it when wearing it. Other necklaces were pretty but very disappointed in ball chain necklace.
