Caution shoppers. Embarrassingly poor customer service in here. I’ve been in a number of times, it never seems to improve. It is commonplace for no one to say hello or greet you. Weird and awkward mean girl vibes, following you around the store staring, yet not asking if they can actually help you. You’re in Bend, relax. Their energy is not spent trying to build their clientele. Hire security if theft is such an issue. I haven’t experienced anything like this where I live in the Bay Area where there are plenty of up-market and luxury boutiques. Gross. Fully the opposite of the usual welcoming and chill Bend energy. This type of thing certainly makes it hard to shop local.

We love the new location! It’s so beautiful and has so many great selections for men and women and now home too! The staff is always helpful. A great addition to downtown.

I walked in to see the new store on a Wednesday and the space is stunning. Gorgeous visual merchandising. The only problem is no one said hello to me and when I tried to engage with the two women working at the front desk, they were pretty rude...... I was in the mood to purchase some new men's clothing and a couple of items for our home..... But it felt so uncomfortable that I walked next door and bought some clothing from another store instead. Bummer

I love this store. Super friendly staff, and such a clean good smelling place. Customer service is excellent. Every-time they don’t have stuff in my size I get a call when they arrive.

Very rude new store. You walk in and the owner eagle eyes you and your party the entire time, as if you're a thief, instead of being helpful or welcoming in any way. She didn't even greet us. Just spent her time lingering and peering inside our handbags. Mind you these are designer handbags, not that that matters but we were not walking around looking like shady individuals. Just gross behavior, I'm guessing they won't be in business long. Beware. Too many cute boutiques in downtown bend to patron this bad vibes store.

I’ve always loved coming into J&M since they opened and will probably return in the future. But I was extremely disappointed in my most recent purchase. I bought a pair of cute stud earrings and a button down shirt for my boyfriend, the same day a crystal fell out of one of the studs and a button came off of the shirt. Laughable considering the $150+ spent on these two, and was out of town immediately after visiting so could not come in person to exchange.

I love this place. Great staff, really spot-on assortment of men's and women's clothing (tops, jackets, trousers, even accessories like an amazing artisan flask I picked up a few visits ago). Not the biggest selection in Bend but always highly curated and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

This is a great little shop in a great location in down town. You can shop and the grab a bite. The best part of this shop is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. They care that you like what you are buying, and that means a lot to me in a shop. Also very cute stuff with fun accessories. I was able to get complete outfits, shoes and all, in one shop. I love that! I will defiantly be back.
