We have stopped by this location a few times and have been really disappointed. The sales people here completely ignore us. My wife needed to purchase a few items, but after spending a few minutes shopping but not even being acknowledged, we put the items back and went across the street to the Gap. They are super friendly there!

OMG! I called yesterday to get a replacement for two CYA vests that were too large. I spoke with Kat. She was so helpful, matched the price that I had paid, and mailed them out to me overnight! Without asking for it! Truly exceptional service. So from now on Kat is my girl!

Have been a J Jill customer for years. Excellent customer service. High quality cotton tees are a mainstay for me. Wish the Bend, OR store were able to stock more of the casual styles I see online.
