UPDATE: Just bought our second shell from J&R and they've only gotten better. Customer service was excellent, construction time was as stated, and installation very smooth. After 6 ears, still an easy 5 stars!
These guys were amazing from my first phone call researching truck tops. After having a Snug Top on my last truck, I thought I would shop around. Not only did I find great customer service and a fair price, but my new ARE top is so much nicer than my old top. Perfect paint match, love the keyless entry, fit is perfect, and really appreciate the stronger hardware in the build. Very happy customer and highly recommend J&R!

Long story but if I had not had my initial conversation with Dan this would be a one star. That gentleman was as kind as can be. We mixed up something and I never received emails of a floor model I was wanting to purchase. After not getting an email I bought a practically brand new canopy from a wrecking yard with everything ready just needed wired to my truck and was told we don't work on wrecking yard finds... I mean I was just trying to bring a some business your way even though it's not a custom order canopy through you guys you could have helped me out. Just frustrating. Again I do wanna say that my first conversation with the gentleman named Dan was amazing and informative, the next day different employee different attitude.

Absolutely the best !!! 8 weeks on the dime.. My appointment was at 1pm , I got to the shop early at 12:30 and they had my canopy installed before my appointment even started. Thank you guys for the speedy service/installation… the paint matches perfectly..

J&R Canopy was awesome. Very helpful when it came down to picking the perfect lid and accessories for my new truck. Great communication while I waited for delivery. I even received my order earlier than expected. I highly recommend these guys if you’re in the market for new canopy! Thanks guys!!!

J & R hands down has the BEST customer service. We have had a couple issues with the canopy we ordered from them and they have gone above and beyond to make it right. I will always use them for any canopy thing I need.

I had a broken latch on my ARE canopy I purchased 7 years ago from JR Canopy. I visited the shop yesterday expecting to have to purchase a new unit and wait a few weeks for delivery and installation. Jason and Dan came out to the parking lot (in the rain) with a drill and hardware, and repaired it on the spot. The whole thing took less and 10 minutes and I was on my way. This was a huge deal as I work out of my truck and having a locking canopy is essential. These guys are the best and truly practice the "old school" customer service that is so hard to find these days. THANK YOU JASON AND DAN!
