“Could not have been better. The hot tub is saltwater, which felt so perfect on my skin. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The shower is huge and there are multiple showerheads. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.”
“Everything was great except the breakfast. Very disappointed. I assumed it would be like embassy suites since it is a Hilton property. Embassy suits has a great made to order breakfast with a great selection of food. Omelette are premade and in a warmer. Probably will stay there again even With that.”

“Probably my favorite Hilton so far (I’m an Honors Member due to my work). The room was super comfortable and clean, the lobby/restaurant/bar, were so inviting (not the usual sad hotel vibe; if you know what I mean). Shout out to Jonah who checked me in, he was super accommodating and friendly, and recommended some fabulous local spots during my stay. Justin is an amazing bartender that makes everyone feel right at home, and Kira helped me out with passing on an important message to help me get my credit card back from a local restaurant I left it at. I am designating this place as my second home when I am in Bend for business.”
“Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.We accidentally left an envelope with a significant amount of money in our room, and the staff returned it without hesitation. It's incredibly refreshing to encounter hotel staff who are both caring and honest with their guests. I would gladly stay here again, and kudos to the management for selecting such outstanding employees.”
“I was here for a week and I would give service a 10/5 star review. Everyone was so nice and willing to help in any way. Above and beyond! Beautiful place and very nice hot tub, pool, and sauna. The only minor critique I have would be that I had no microwave and stove top in my room. It would have be nice to have that.
Food and drinks: Food was so amazing! I stayed for a week and didn’t have one thing I didn’t like. Highly recommended.”
“We had a nice short stay at My Place. We had never stayed at one before and weren’t sure what to expect. When checking in I was given plenty of details regarding the room and the amenities that they had. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I’d change about our stay is that you can hear everything. We heard other rooms and outside noise fairly easy. I understand that can happen in hotels so it isn’t a deal breaker but just the one thing I noticed the most.”

“We looked at a bunch of budget options in Bend and landed on this one. The rooms are clean and seem recently renovated. Beds and pillows are reasonable. We felt safe and the area was pretty convenient. Worth noting that there is not shampoo and conditioner - just bar soap. And there are only two pillows per bed instead of the four pillows per bed that we often see.”

“The Sleep Inn is very clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a king bed that was very comfortable. The room was neat and tidy. The breakfast was very basic and lacked GF options, but for people without dietary restrictions, they can eat their fill. The Inn is located in a very busy area with shops, restaurants, food carts, and breweries, yet it was vey quiet at night time. I will stay there again for sure.”
“Simple, fun place to stay for a short time. Clean and comfortable. Not a lot of room and had the typical motel smell. Yet was fine. Has an outdoor, green space to hang out in the back and a variety of food within walking distance. It was perfect for the two of us.

“Out of the budget hotels I've tried in Bend the Dunes has been the best. Clean, comfortable room, hot water and good water pressure, cleaning staff respects the "do not disturb" sign, check in until 11pm, fridge and nuker in room. Only downside is that it's right on 3rd street so light sleepers might get annoyed by traffic, but didn't bother me. Would definitely stay there again.”
“I ended up having to cancel my booking because of childcare issues, but working with Destiny regarding my cancelation was a delight :). I had booked through a third party site that wasn’t communicating well with me. So I looped in Destiny at Bend Riverside Rentals, and she helped me facilitate my refund.In the future, I will book directly through Bend Riverside Rentals, and avoid the headache.Thanks Destiny!”

“Pulled into this hotel today after a long ride and I was a little early so the staff said I can wait in the air condition lobby where I was able to drink a delicious cup of coffee while I waited for 10 minutes. All the staff we're super friendly and supportive. The manager knows a lot about this town so you have questions about bend Oregon I would are doing asking her. I like to play so much that I booked a room for my return home trip in 10 days. The manager comped me an upgrade for nothing. The rooms are clean The AC works well. The shower works well. Unfortunately I'm going to be leaving before breakfast in the morning so I can't give you a review on the food. If it's as good as the coffee then it'll be excellent. As a motorcycle rider and a hog member call me they gave me a 10% discount. Also made sure I had a first floor room right next to my bike. They allow dogs in some of the rooms but no cats.Walkability: There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Downtown is a mile and a half drive”

“On a quick business trip to Bend, we stayed at this La Quinta. Conveniently located on the highway yet quiet. Plenty of free parking. There is not an elevator but the desk clerk was able to get us a room on the first floor. Room was clean, not quite as modern as other La Quinta's - this room still had carpet. We always love that La Quinta is pet friendly so our dog can join us on our trips and be comfortable too.”

“Ok I'm frugal. When I shop for a hotel, price is a big part of my decision. So when we booked a room at Sonoma Lodge in Bend Oregon (August of 2016) I thought I'd found a good value. But when we arrived I was informed that the price was more than quoted. I couldn't believe it, a classic bait and switch. When I questioned them on this they just kept repeating you can cancel the room for free.To their credit they did provide a roll away bed for my 6yo which was nice.”

“Nice hotel and conveniently located on the west side of town towards Mount bachelor. I only complaint is OMG the pillows were horrendous! Nice king bed with dinky lumpy pillows.

“We stayed here as it was close to the Domino room, where we were going for a concert. We were able to walk there from the motel. Our two rooms were clean, and it was obvious they had taken care in decorating each of the rooms. Bathrooms had been remodeled and there was a mini fridge and a small microwave in each room. I accidentally left my key in the room and had to wake the night manager to get another key, but she was very patient with me. If we come back to Bend for another event, we would stay here again.”

“Amazing!!! First off, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL and very clean. We got a room right by the creek and it was so beautiful. Then, YOU CAN BRING YOUR DOGS! That was SUCH a bonus! Plus, there are two pools!!! One inside and one outside, and the inside pool was BEAUTIFUL, and very warm! My family had the whole pool to ourselves and we swam all day. The roof is partially opened to the sky and the best part was swimming inside and enjoying a light, summer rain. We really can't recommend this place enough and decided to visit Bend more just to go here and enjoy the pool. I 1,000% recommend it, especially for families. You won't be disappointed.”

“My spouse and I visited this hotel for two days. We loved the service offered. The room was large and extremely comfortable. Nice coffee/ fridge area with high end coffees and teas. Large bathroom with a toilet closet, soaking tub, and shower. Nice products offered, including a soap menu and a pillow menu. Room had comfortable seating options, and bed was comfortable. We used the hotel guest laundry area as we were traveling for multiple weeks. High end machines and detergent and dryer sheets provided. Nice workout room as well. Restaurant attached with lovely breakfast, as well as lunch, dinner and drink options. Valet parking was easy, and staff quickly helped unload our car and had our belongings delivered to the room before we even got there. Welcome drink offered.
We had a small concern with our room when we arrived. The staff had made contact via text before arrival, and we were able to easily contact them to note our concern. The issue was quickly addressed and the staff noted apologies for the inconvenience to us. The staff went above and beyond during our stay to be available, helpful, and kind. Thank you!!
This hotel is not cheap, but it is a luxury hotel that meets all expectations. Right in downtown and walkable. Highly recommended.
Rooms: Large room with comfortable bed and good seatings options. Huge tv. Lovely wet bar area with high end coffee/ tea options, fridge, microwave, sink. Large bathroom with toilet closet, soaking tub, and shower. Overall luxurious and comfortable.
Walkability: Easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants in the historic center of Bend.”
