I love this boutique! The sales girls are super helpful, welcoming and don't pressure you. I love that they have items from the classic fashion houses such as Chanel, Hermes, LV and Gucci, but also a lot of up and coming houses as well. Classic designs and some fun, edgy styles as well. This is my new go-to for sure.

My first fully vaxxed snd still masked shopping spree. Assisted by Molly who helped me pick out some fun looks for transition weather and summer. Tried a number of things and love what I ended up with!!!Molly was very helpful and fun to work with.

They do have beautiful clothes. However, I went in to buy a few things and mentioned my budget. I should have asked how expensive the boots suggested to me were but I (wrongly) assumed the the person helping me would not go (much) over my budget. She never told me how much they were even when charging my card I did not get to see the amount ($1,095) until I was already home and checked my banking statement. I realize that I should have asked but I honestly feel a little bit tricked by the employee...I'm sure they are used to very wealthy clientele but that should definitely not be an assumption.

This is literally the BEST clothing boutique in all of Oregon......and to make it even better is the outstanding customer service. I make a trip in every time I go to bend and when I'm home and find things I can't live without the girls ship it to me. HBB is a must, you won't be disappointed.

I won't return. Out of my price range and very unwelcoming staff. I'm giving two stars because the stores vibe is great, if you can get past the price and lack of customer service. Unfortunately I felt a little like pretty woman on her first visit to a high end store. Totally snubbed at the door. Not a word was spoken to me or my husband. Sadly, this store was recommend to me by a close family member. Cute clothes from what I saw for the few minutes I was there. I only picked up two items and they were both over $500. Jean Coveralls and a knit sweater.
