I don't have words to describe how amazing these people are. My best friend and partner for 15 years finally lost his fight and I was indescribably broken about it. Eric not only took care of everything but, went out of his way to go above and beyond. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for the furry family we are graced with. Even after we move, I personally, will make the drive back to Bend. These people care far more than I can say.Eric you are an amazing human being and forever now a friend.

When you are grieving the loss of a pet, you’re not grieving an animal but a loved one, a family member. We lost our sweet cockatiel Eliza on December 22nd. I was beside myself. I have had her for 14 years and 6 months. She experienced a lot of life with me and shared a lot of memories together. She was my child. I was beyond devasted. We called Horizon Pet Cremation and they came within hours to pick her up from our home. I was treated with respect, kindness, compassion and so was my beloved pet from when I opened the door to when it was time to pick her up. She was cremated on Dec 26th. A prefer a private cremation to know that I will only have my cherished pet. I recommend this business because they showed compassion, empathy and respect which I truly appreciate. Thank you so much for showing respect and care to my sweet Eliza. Although I wish she was still here with us, I am so happy to have her back home.

My experience with HPC was amazing. From the initial phone call and onward they have been courteous and professional. In particular, Eric was great and went out of his way to take care of my cremation needs. After seeing the process, I have a new respect and understanding for what it takes to get the job done in a respectful way.It is obviously an emotional event having to use HPC, and I appreciated how Eric handled everything. I would highly recommend their services.

Eric was so kind and helpful after we lost our sweet pup Ben unexpectedly. He even answered the phone after hours when I was concerned that there was a misunderstanding at the vet. Eric reassured me that Ben was in good hands and that he was being told we love him often. I am forever thankful for Eric and the rest of the horizon team.

She just accused my friend of animal cruelty on one of the hardest days of her life after ASSUMING my friend was going to shoot her dog. This woman is the one guilty of cruelty. compassion.

4/5Losing a pet is hard. I knocked a star because I was never contacted that my dog was ready to be returned. The date on the card says he was cremated on the 25th and I called on the 27th. (for reference he was dropped off on the 20th, with about 30 other pets ahead of him, and they let us know it would be about a week)Otherwise, they were very respectful. I appreciate the boxed urn they returned his remains in, as well as the card. Nice people. I'd use their services and recommend them to anyone who has recently lost their pet.

Do not subject yourself to suffer more by using this place. They also botched our pets paw print, it looked like it was smeared or smashed carelessly. It was even sadder seeing it. They also bought out someone else's pet's ashes to show us how they are contained. That was disturbing. Then when your pets ashes are ready for pickup, they don't even call you, they text you! Very impersonal. I left a message and text them regarding the botched paw print and they never even responded. I also texted with no response. I highly recommend We used their services for another pet and got personal quick service along with a sweet note and a seeds packet. Never use Horizon.

Pretty disappointing. My doberman deceased (and was brought in on March 7th) and they didn't cremate her until the 17th. So she was sitting in there for 10 days.. It feels super disrespectful to my dobie and to myself who just lost a best friend. At the very least, they should have dated the box and card the same as decease date. For how long they've been in business, this should be a no brainer. I really hope the owners see this, so they can make some changes for future customers. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and the least they could do is handle everything with tact, respect, and integrity.

Unbelievably bad customer service. We had a paw print made of our dog that we had to put down. They used a piece of clay entirely too small and thin for the paw. We called to express our disappointment and were met by very rude and argumentative owners. They refused to take any ownership of the issue and immediately went on the defensive. We get that mistakes happen and nothing can be done at this point as she has already been cremated. It's a shame that this is how they do business with people who are trusting them with what is supposed to be a heartfelt last memento of their companion. To the owners - sometimes it's ok to apologize and except constructive criticism from your customers. It's not a personal attack. It's really just business 101...
