I have been going to horizon and irrigation for a while. I needed to replace the fountain pump in my irrigation pond stop by they had the same one in stock that was in my irrigation pond so I went ahead on and purchased it. He said it was $250 but he’ll give me a $25 discount so it was $225 got home and installed it got a little curious so I looked it up online, the pump was $125 same make same model free shipping overcharged me by $100 every since then I don’t get my fertilizer from there. I don’t buy my irrigation supply there way overpriced.

Very helpful employees, good supply of parts and components for irrigation systems. A little pricy compared to others but the service and knowledge of the employees makes it worth every penny.

Where everyone goes to buy irrigation parts. Depending on which cashier helps you, and what mood they’re in that day, you will have a positive, helpful experience or a resentful, grumpy one. They’re busy enough not to care either way. A good-ol’-boys kind of place.

Went there to get parts to convert a sprinkler system to a drip system. I'm a total novice and the staff was super helpful with getting me all the right parts. Way better than hunting and guessing in a big box store.

I love horizon in Bend Oregon! The gentleman that worked there are always above and beyond in customer service. It doesn’t matter how d*** the question I need to ask is they always are so helpful in finding absolutely everything I need and always staring me in the right direction. It’s almost as fun as shopping for clothes!

Customer service is atrocious, out of 6-8 men standing around there's one with an ounce of basic service skill. Been updating my landscape for three years now and getting various parts each year but I will be purchasing online from now on.
