Bend is usually well stocked with basics like hardware, paint and lumber. Staff are friendly and helpful. I've scored several plants at deep discounts from the garden center in summertime. They just needed a little tlc and in time became happy air filters in our home.

we came in to do a few things, and stopped at the customer service desk. On Christmas Eve…. These two wonderful ladies helped us with what we needed, we chatted about life and what projects we had going on; I just have to say these women were so lovely and very knowledgeable. I believe one woman was a customer experience manager (Susi?) and the other woman was named Bonnie (shout out to you both!) you both were quick and we enjoyed the chat. While that was going on everyone around us that needed assistance got it! Honestly probably the best customer service we had ever gotten. Thank you!

Not a good place to have a decent movement. The toilet flushed the butt gasket 3 times before I could get sat down to do a business deal. Then the cherry on top the 1 ply duty paper. Hard to clean up from my work that was done.

Such great service every time I go there. We found the most adorable lady named Pam. She was so happy to help us and went above and beyond. We left laughing with a smile on our face and she found exactly what we were searching for. The entire night crew tonite was awesome and friendly!

Staff accused me of trying to steal from them. Even went as far as to take my cart full of merchandise when I was in the next isle over. Never going back again! Lowe's is gonna get my money now.

I do not recommend this store if you need to buy electrical wire. I needed a simple spool of Romex, which is locked up. I asked the employee working electrical for Romex. The employee was getting wire for something else and it is easily apparent that he is paid by the hour and not by productivity. After ten minutes of waiting for prepackaged wire, I left and purchased what I needed around the corner at Lowes, as they seemed interested to actually sell me something. Save yourself time and headache and go elsewhere for any wire needs.

Warning - Was supposed to have a delivery on 10/18. Nothing came. I started calls with them on 10/23. Five calls later by 10/30 they finally rescheduled delivery. Get this - they confirmed if the address was wrong - their site wouldn't let me enter correct zip code and auto-populated wrong address so I included a note saying so. Nobody fixed it. They just didn't delivery it because it "wasn't correct". No call - they just drop it. Said it happens ALL THE TIME. Plan on spending 5 calls and getting a delay of TWO WEEKS. Unbelievable. This is not where the Pros should go!

I'm in this store just about always for home projects. As a recommendation... hack the system by ordering online first it's really a better option since in store can be hectic. Tend to shop late at night to avoid crowds and makes the experience much easier for those of us crowd-avoidant folk.

If there was an option to give minus 10 stars I would. Purchased a garage door opener online with installation package. Contract says I would receive a call from the installer within three business days. Two weeks later and daily phone calls to Home Depot and still no one has been able to help me move this process along. Every time I've been told they would call back with an update and it still hasn't happened once. The level of incompetence at this store is astounding. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. Its a shame that in 2023 customer service is officially dead. If you're looking for this service, it is a service they clearly cannot fulfill. You've been warned!

Was a pro services roofing installer and purchased all my cordless tools from them . Store associates seamed to be from back grounds that supported there position and department they assisted customers in . Most stores have a discount shelf with some vary good deals that are always worth a look . Was my go to for everything from necessity's like household products to home improvement . Self check outs are easy to use . Proservices was always helpful from a contractors perspective
