Helpful, professional, spot on service the way it should ALWAYS be. Tires checked/filled, windshield washed, lights checked, & more (they let you know when you're having other issues, or do things like show you your air filter & tell you it's good & not to worry about it- that's honesty). They check & confirm everything is sealed & good when done. Super polite to everyone. I usually do my own, but for the low cost & good service, this is worth it & saved me time for the past 2 years. I've read other reviews: folks, every business has an off day. Some employees are problematic but don't reflect the company & will be gone soon enough. Sometimes, mistakes happen & it sucks for everyone. That's life. They select your oil based on the most recent service bulletin for your car & mileage. Many who make claims here "sometimes" aren't telling the "whole" story. I recommend Bend Lube Express to all- give 'em a shot. I don't normally lend my support to a business, but my fam has gone here for past 10 years & it's been good for them, too. And, $50 for my oil & all the courtesy services is a good price. (It'd cost me $30 in store for oil + $20 to dispose of it- plus time). And, if they miss something on your checklist or check it off w/o doing it, catch it right then & there & be polite... give them a chance to correct it.

I ordered a Transmission fluid change, as I wasn't sure if this was causing the problem I had with my car shifting erratically.This was a $199 procedure. The technician (Greg, I think was his name) told me to come back in about 30 mins. while I was gone he took a viscosity measurement and looked at the level and cleanliness of the fluid.Then Greg called me on my cell phone. "you don't need this!, it would be a waist of your money" I really appreciated this! Their honesty of looking out after me and only performing a service if it would have value to me, the customer. As a token for my appreciation, I told Greg well, why don't you just change the oil.$49 Then a few minute later, my phone rang again, I checked your oil, it is clean, and up to level, are you sure you want this service? I then remembered, I had changed it a few month back. I picked up my car, at no cost, knowing, that my transmission problem was not the fluid. Check that one off the diagnostic list. I really apricate these guys and their business practice.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Had a simple oil change and they couldn't even do that right. Took a road trip shortly after and now WHO KNOWS what it will cost me to get fixed. I know that Bend Ecpress Lube will be paying the bill or going to court.

Just got an oil change in my 2015 Xterra.Thought I would support local and pay a little more big mistake.In addition to a truly Comical routine of who's on first what's on second from the 2 people upstairs. Im sure the only competent person was the man in the pit clearly at his whits end.Whole time I was truly terrified if actually got an oil change or the oil whent in the right place.I am confident that none of the service checklist items minus the air filter they want to sell me were actually checked/ filled.Furthermore to the tune of $123.12 almost anywhere else in town will give you a more profesional Experience for 20% or more or less.

Aweful!!! Derogatory staff! And just plain RUDE! Just because I have California plates on my vehicle, doesn't mean I didn't grow up here. Drove away! Will never return! Taking my business elswhere!

Highly don't recommend coming here. Firstly, I went there to get my oil changed, only to find two quarts of oil leaking out of my engine 3 weeks later. I kept replacing the oil of my car costed me about 50$. I thought they had done my oil change right so I took my car into Volkswagen. Only to find out that Bend Express Lube didn't replace a copper washer after my oil change. (While More manufacturers are choosing to use a copper washer or gasket that deforms when you tighten the drain plug. These copper washers are not designed to be REUSED, and they should be replaced at every oil change.) So I was frustrated and when I had called to ask if they change the copper washer and they said NO. Truly I was stunned so I went further to ask if maybe I could get a free oil change the manager was rude to me and laughed without a response. I've never felt more disrespected in my life, and I think it's super petty. Accept you did the wrong thing, and give me a free oil change. Then make it worse, if I were an individual I would ask for itemized receipts and be more verbal about what you need... or they want give you what you NEED!!
