Store manager is rude. I went in to return an item and I stood there for a minute and he didn’t acknowledge me at all. He was looking at his computer and then asked me if I had I receipt while still looking at his computer. Horrible customer service. He makes customers feel unwelcome. I will never shop there again.

Ugh. Last time I will shop here... The staff (Kody) was 'uninterested' at best (I am being polite) and I paid TWICE the price for something as mundane as creatine. A 300g bottle for $35 whereas Amazon sells the 600g bottle (same brand!) for that price. Ugh is right. Buh-bye.

I don't typically go to GNC unless I'm desperate. I walked in and acknowledged the employee before he even said hi. I remembered this employee from last time I came a year ago and I left because he never acknowledged me. I gave it another shot and got someone else months later and never thought anything else of it. This was my 3rd time stopping in and I got the same employee who made me feel unwelcome - Kody. He didn't make eye contact or seem friendly. Later he asked if I needed help, I said I'm OK.All with his head still down.In terms of the store - I didn't see a variety of much and prices were crazy high. Half the items you can find at other stores for less. Even the quality was rough. I paid for a discounted shake and single serving packet just to buy something on my way out.I said have a great night as it was just uncomfortable overall. Seems like he hates his job. After managing a Supplement Store for 4 years I will say this was extremely disappointing. Not the best customer service and products were lacking big time. Will not be back ?

The store is pretty barren to begin with. I was looking for something and went into the Bend store to buy it (they were having a sale). I waited 10 minutes for a couple to finish a HUGE purchase then finally got the the register. I asked about the product I was looking for (they didn't have it) but then asked about a similar product. The guy didn't know and didn't want to waste his time helping me. He said "let me ring these guys up first" (the people who came in AFTER me and who hadn't been waiting nearly as ling as I. I had a product in my hand and was ready to plunk down cash, but decided if my time was not valuable I might as well leave. Yeah, like the other guy's review here I'm going elsewhere for supplements. There's really no reason to be loyal to this company and this episode was just the last straw.

My favorite protein is out of stock online so I thought I'd find something at GNC to hold me over. I was dreadding the endeavor, and rightfully so. I was met with a glare rather than a hello and when I asked about their products his one and only question was "what flavor do you want?" Personally one of the least important factors when choosing supplements. I've been disappointed by every GNC I've been in. This one was no different. You can't find good help anywhere.

I came here this morning with my boyfriend looking for a pre workout. The employee let us know as soon as we walked in that the pin pad was down and they were doing cash only, no big deal and totally understandable. The one star review was solely for the rude employee who basically rolled his eyes when we said we’d still look around and asked if they had a specific product. When we were leaving I said “Have a great day” and he looked back at us without saying a word. Would rather buy online than ever going to this location again.
