Called and made an apt, the lady on the phone said it would take about an hour for them to fix my battery problem and then 15 minutes to clean my keyboards. Got there and they said they cant touch the computer to fix the battery or even diagnose the problem and need to send it in (which takes over two weeks), and they said the best they could do to fix my keys is wipe them down with an alcohol wipe. These guys are useless.

I went in to purchase a tv. The associate we finally flagged down did not want to help us. He was irritated to even be bothered by our presence. So we went to the competition and had amazing customer service and left so happy. The only reason you go to an actual store anymore is for service. So bye bye Best Buy. You're on your way out.

I came in to buy a tv. I have been wanting a new tv for a while. They were rude and no one helped us when we were looking, we had to pull a worker aside to help us. When we found a tv I really liked he said they had none left in stock. We asked for the floor display. Since the tv I wanted was going to be discontinued. He went and asked someone and said in a lazy voice "it's gonna take like 2 hours to get it off the wall and then we have to find the box." At this point he just didn't want to help us (my mom and I). We went to Fred Meyers where the guy was super awesome. Don't shop or waste your money here. Fred Meyers has way better deals and nicer employees.

Geek Squad is a total waste of money. The people don't know very much about fixing what I've needed help with. Not too complicated when I had a friend who is not. "geek" help me solve my issues instead.

10 stars!!! The Geek Squad saved the day with my computer and multiple accounts being hacked.. Ryan worked with me and was so calm and knew exactly what to do while I was in a panic. He was patient with me as I had forgotten passwords and I never felt rushed with him. I'm so glad that he was my Geek Squad service rep. I was in and out with all new passwords which he helped me set up and confirmation that the hackers tried multiple times to get in my accounts all over the world but that their efforts were unsuccessful. Great Job Ryan!!!!!!!

The absolute rudest employees I've ever encountered. Whoever works at the front podium and in the Apple area are extremely rude. I went in to look for Apple headphones and was hardly given any help. Don't come here if you are wanting nice customer service.

Today I came in to purchase an Apple Magic Mouse. Russ, the GM, was the greeter at the time of my visit, and he introduced me to Jose who walked me back to the Apple station to assist me with my purchase. I was in-and-out in less than ten minutes. Got what I wanted; received excellent customer service; Jason was a happy camper. Needless to say, this has been my experience time and again with Best Buy Bend. They just rock that way. On a personal note, I have epilepsy. Grand mal seizures. And they're horrible. What's worse is that when I have one, it slowly eats at my brain. Every. Single. Seizure. More and more I find myself deficient in math, facial recognition, and basic recall. Medication helps, for sure, but there are times when an observer might think I'm just a clueless or senile person. Best Buy Bend is one of the ONLY establishments in Central Oregon that treats me like a guest of honor, and when I "slip" because of my epilepsy, they are gracious and kind. Hospitality at its finest. I cannot recommend Best Buy Bend enough. Patron here and often. Seriously.

I think the staff is high on the green sticky.. I Showed up at geek squad, to drop off my computer for them fix an issue and they were highly confused or high.... and I told them the issue and wanted it fixed. Then I got more strange push back about well we may not have the parts so maybe you can buy them and we will install them, the next push back was, well we don't know what the issue is [this is obvious- thus why I brought it in] if this was some backwards sales technique, its all wrong. They then moved onto offering me a sweet deal of $149.00 or $199.00 to just drop it off. What!! Just to drop it off? My mechanic doesn't charge me to drop off my vehicles.. They seem or speak with total incompetence, and that left me feeling like they have zero capability of even fixing the computer. Perhaps its time for more training? Terrible service, im taking my computer to a place that seems competent and confident in their abilities. Again, im pretty sure the staff at Best Buy needs drug tested. ????

On the phone for 30 mins just to get scheduled. Huge run around, I called someone local and they had it DONE in ten minutes. Not starting some huge convoluted process.
