To be honest I would do 0 but I can't 5th time I have brought my laptop in and it can't even boot up 7hr in and it has crashed 4 times and The reason I brought it in. Was for a corrupted hard drive. Then I got it back. They installed Windows 10 not 11 in it.

Just spent an hour on the phone trying to set up an appointment. I was transferred SIX times only to get hung up on after asking for a supervisor. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a business.

Had an appointment for my iPhone glass crack to be repaired. I waited in line for 15 minutes, then another 5-10 while they got the Apple tech, only for them to return and tell me they can’t work on Apple products today, despite my appointment to work on my iPhone.

Decent Best Buy, they always stock online orders fast for pickup. However some of the cashiers aren't super friendly namely the heavier set guy hardly talks or isn't friendly

Paying the yearly fee of like $170. I think, I got at least $2,000 back in services and replacements. Well worth it!

Called and made an apt, the lady on the phone said it would take about an hour for them to fix my battery problem and then 15 minutes to clean my keyboards. Got there and they said they cant touch the computer to fix the battery or even diagnose the problem and need to send it in (which takes over two weeks), and they said the best they could do to fix my keys is wipe them down with an alcohol wipe. These guys are useless.

I went in to purchase a tv. The associate we finally flagged down did not want to help us. He was irritated to even be bothered by our presence. So we went to the competition and had amazing customer service and left so happy. The only reason you go to an actual store anymore is for service. So bye bye Best Buy. You're on your way out.

I came in to buy a tv. I have been wanting a new tv for a while. They were rude and no one helped us when we were looking, we had to pull a worker aside to help us. When we found a tv I really liked he said they had none left in stock. We asked for the floor display. Since the tv I wanted was going to be discontinued. He went and asked someone and said in a lazy voice "it's gonna take like 2 hours to get it off the wall and then we have to find the box." At this point he just didn't want to help us (my mom and I). We went to Fred Meyers where the guy was super awesome. Don't shop or waste your money here. Fred Meyers has way better deals and nicer employees.

Geek Squad is a total waste of money. The people don't know very much about fixing what I've needed help with. Not too complicated when I had a friend who is not. "geek" help me solve my issues instead.

10 stars!!! The Geek Squad saved the day with my computer and multiple accounts being hacked.. Ryan worked with me and was so calm and knew exactly what to do while I was in a panic. He was patient with me as I had forgotten passwords and I never felt rushed with him. I'm so glad that he was my Geek Squad service rep. I was in and out with all new passwords which he helped me set up and confirmation that the hackers tried multiple times to get in my accounts all over the world but that their efforts were unsuccessful. Great Job Ryan!!!!!!!

The absolute rudest employees I've ever encountered. Whoever works at the front podium and in the Apple area are extremely rude. I went in to look for Apple headphones and was hardly given any help. Don't come here if you are wanting nice customer service.
