The reviews are concurrent with the rude and abrupt behavior of several older women working on the floor and also behind the counter! I used to work for gap corporate in NYC and the people behind the scenes are wonderful to work for-- what is happening here in The Old Mill Gap?? Get ride of these rude employ's and bring back the original Gap feeling of fun and well-being.

I ordered gap jeans online and they didn't arrive in time for my vacation, so I called 30 before they closed and asked if they had any jeans that I was looking for and they did. The sweet young lady on the phone help out a lot! And when I walked in the store both of them were so nice and sweeet! Really help a lot! Thank you!!

I had a great experience shopping today with the help of Shelly W. She was friendly, courteous and helpful. I had been into J-Jill and was treated horribly before coming into the Gap. I’m so glad I walked across the street! Thank you Shelly W!

The staff at this store have extremely cranky attitudes. In particular, two older gals are quite bossy and rude (one wears thick black glasses). While I frequently shop at the Gap, I do dread going into this store. Based on the other reviews, sounds like this is a theme for the Bend store…perhaps it’s time for a staff change?

Extremely rood staff!!!!!! The 2 older ladies with glasses absolutely don’t care about customer service. Was treated like a didn’t belong in the store and an in convince. I was trying to return items and she had the nerve to lecture my daughter in the rudest manner. I will no longer shop here or any other gap.

Extremely rude staff!!!!!! The 2 older ladies with glasses absolutely don't care about customer service. Was treated like a didn't belong in the store and like I was nothing more then an inconvenience. I was trying to return items and she had the nerve to lecture my daughter in the rudest manner. Why gap isn't dealing with these employees and their less then pleasant attitudes is beyond me, do better gap. I will no longer shop here or any other gap location.

I have been reading the reviews and I was surprised that people got less than friendly help at the gap store. I'm usually greeted with pleasant employees, but today I met the queen bitch that everybody's been talking about! She was awful, condescending, disrespectful, and rude! My daughter had to walk away because she couldn't believe her attitude. I had to finish my business so I had to put up with her. I was trying to purchase some thing, but it was cheaper online. I ended up getting the online price after a bit of snarky backback-and-forth from the queen. It's really too bad! What happened to," Your in Bend, be nice"??

I'm only giving 2 stars because the gal checking me out was nice. But the lady in the dressing room was a total jerk. Upon asking her to help me find the clothes a sales lady brought back for me, she looked at me like I was crazy. And said I have no idea where they are, why would I know. And I said oh sorry do you not work here, she responded saying that she did and that she didn't know where my clothes would be. I had to then walk around and find them in a dressing room. I don't know what she had against me... but she certainly had an attitude.

Great experience every time I enter the store. Today was the best. Store manager helped me and my little find the perfect last minute outfit for a school theme day. My daughter talked about the “ladies at gap” all the way home.

Every time I shop here this one worker, an older woman, I assume she’s a manager since she’s there quite often, has such a horrible attitude. I understand bad days but it’s just all the time. If you hate your job that much, it might be time for a change.

So expensive!! And the worker would not leave us alone. She was staring at us and it seriously it felt like we were in a car dealership. Everything I picked up she would ask me if she wanted me to take that up to the counter. She was straight up extremely rude and i asked a question and she totally sassed me. She glared at us the whole time and kicked our friends out when they were actually shopping respectfully.
