I ordered gap jeans online and they didn't arrive in time for my vacation, so I called 30 before they closed and asked if they had any jeans that I was looking for and they did. The sweet young lady on the phone help out a lot! And when I walked in the store both of them were so nice and sweeet! Really help a lot! Thank you!!

Extremely rude staff!!!!!! The 2 older ladies with glasses absolutely don't care about customer service. Was treated like a didn't belong in the store and like I was nothing more then an inconvenience. I was trying to return items and she had the nerve to lecture my daughter in the rudest manner. Why gap isn't dealing with these employees and their less then pleasant attitudes is beyond me, do better gap. I will no longer shop here or any other gap location.

I have been reading the reviews and I was surprised that people got less than friendly help at the gap store. I'm usually greeted with pleasant employees, but today I met the queen bitch that everybody's been talking about! She was awful, condescending, disrespectful, and rude! My daughter had to walk away because she couldn't believe her attitude. I had to finish my business so I had to put up with her. I was trying to purchase some thing, but it was cheaper online. I ended up getting the online price after a bit of snarky backback-and-forth from the queen. It's really too bad! What happened to," Your in Bend, be nice"??

I'm only giving 2 stars because the gal checking me out was nice. But the lady in the dressing room was a total jerk. Upon asking her to help me find the clothes a sales lady brought back for me, she looked at me like I was crazy. And said I have no idea where they are, why would I know. And I said oh sorry do you not work here, she responded saying that she did and that she didn't know where my clothes would be. I had to then walk around and find them in a dressing room. I don't know what she had against me... but she certainly had an attitude.

My daughter and her friend wanted to go and get school clothes, so they found some clothes that they liked and went to try them on. When her friend tried on the clothes she took a picture of them to show me because I would come back and buy them for her if she wanted them. When they were done and going to leave they walked up to a lady to return the cloths they tried on and she said "this isn't a place to play if you're going to take pictures and put it on Instagram then go somewhere else, have some respect in this store" my daughter and her friend did nothing wrong but try on clothes and take pictures I thought this was very rude and disrespectful. We will not be coming back to this store.

The ladies who work here are SO UNFRIENDLY. I went in with a very reasonable request (a return with a receipt) and it was met with so much unnecessary attitude. The layout of the store is off as well, there is a sweater counter right in the middle of where the line to the register should be, so you are forced to pick a side rather than have the next available register.

Worst customer service I've ever experience. Went in for a return and asked for store credit and got snapped at in front of everyone in the store for asking for that. Will never shop here again.

Horrible service!!! I have shopped at Gap for years. I purchased items in March just before the pandemic. The items needed to be returned but couldn't because stores were closed. Then I moved 170mls from the nearest Gap store. Went in today to return, tagged and unwashed items in which I have the receipt for. They wouldn't return or even offer a merchant credit. No exceptions given the pandemic circumstances. The gals at the counter were very snotty! I will never shop at this Gap again.

Gap kids was closed when i got there but the clothes looked really really good and the values seemed better than say gipp. I would wait for anyother cab there too

As good as it's gonna get for Bend, OR. They often seem under-staffed but what sales associates are around are helpful and (usually) knowledgeable & quick. Wish they still had register in kids area as it helped keep things moving. All-in-all, a good place for the basics but GREAT when they have their 40% SALE!!!

Located in Bend OR in the Mills shopping area. Great deals on quality items before Christmas. Staff is attentive. A lady at the register was fabulous! I was already to walk out the store after my first purchase and found another item at a good deal, same lady saw I was heading back to the register and quickly came back to ring up purchase with a smile. Great service & quality products!
