Ebrahim is a cell wizard and a genuine class act. Recovered all the photos off my busted phone that held photos of a trip my fiance would have been devastated about losing. He was communicative and clear with expectations and prompt with a response for any questions I had. Can't recommend this company enough. He's also a bad ass mountaineer, so cheer him on the next time he has an expedition!

Fantastic service. They did a ton of work diagnosing the problem with my phone. They offered me a fix, but I opted that return the phone to Verizon for warranty and FK didn't charge me anything.

100% would recommend coming here for phone repairs. He was fast with the diagnosis and the repair, and the repair job was excellent and worth 5 stars alone! On top of all that, he was very fair and offered the best service possible, and if he couldn't complete the job, there would be no charges for the time. I'm more than satisfied with his professionalism, business ethic, and his work quality. I'd give FK Cellphone Repairs a 10/5 if I could! This would've cost me an arm and a leg and the service provider, and should I need another repair job, I'll 100% be coming back.

I did my due diligence and researched cell phone repair companies in Bend. ( I am visiting from Colorado) The minute I walked in the FK shop and met Ebrahim I knew I made the right choice. Ebrahim is clearly a man of integrity, professionalism, kindness, and has an amazing spirit.
My phone was repaired, working wonderfully, and I had it back in 24 hours. Made me feel good to support him and his business. Remember pay CASH to small business so, they can avoid credit card fees!
