I went in with specifics of what I wanted in my mind but no idea where to find them. Alex was so incredible about helping me find the perfect pants! she knew all the ins and outs of why each pair were good for each purpose you wanted to use them for. I would highly recommend this place for durable pants for any activities, and definitely ask for Alex specifically!!

For well made sportswear, this is as good as it gets. Perfectly installed zippers (rare these days), pockets where you need them, everything you want in clothing. They actually have lengths in hiking pants for women! And the staff- friendly, knowledgable, helpful. Chad was especially great. So glad they are local now in Bend. The best!

Dropped off a pair of trousers to get tailored while passing through town. Woman who helped me was great even though I hadn't purchased the trousers there. I paid $10 to get them shipped back to my home since I don't live in Bend and they were shipped back to me within a week and now fit great!

Just visited this store and had amazing customer service!Was debating on purchasing a parka, but the price tag was more than I’d normally spend on any item of clothing, so I was very slow in deciding on the purchase.But the couple of employees were so kind in helping my boyfriend and I find additional sizing for me, as well as gave me tips on how to wear the parka. Special shout out to the person with long colored hair (brown/blue/purple) that said the coat style I purchased was their “winter go to.” You were awesome! :)

The world is your oyster! For 150.99 plus tax. Honestly amazing, these pants I got finally let me know that I'm a serious adventurer. It's amazing the ingenuity and resources spent, to bring such clothing all the way from Asia.They made it so easy! I didn't even have to think about it! The affirmation of my identity and ability is as prominent and strong as the subjugation of mother earth, and her children.Time to hit the trail with my new gear! Thanks y'all ?

This place is the best store to find things to keep you warm and stylish, if you are serious about both of those things. Their philosophy on trekking leads them to offer lifetime professional mending on all garment.Kast's Tip: their items are spendy, very, spendy, but starting with any smaller item will give you an idea of the quality.
