Notifications of transit updates are very helpful..to include change of dates due to weather and other circumstances…Out for Delivery notifications and Time of Delivery are appreciated…packages are delivered to front door and arrive in good shape…

You are holding my package after claiming you tried to deliver 3 different times, then after the sleep spike to you, you claimed you never tried to ship because you have no drivers to deliver. Then you said you had a driver but refuse to reship the package even though you never tried to deliver in the first place.

Kathy, the person I spoke to, was rude and not helpful. She had made it very clear that she didnt have time for me or my calls. When I tried calling her back to get the status of a package, she wouldn't answer but answered immediately when I blocked my number. Screening customer calls? Unprofessional and uncalled for. She said she would send a confirmation email and never did. I would strongly suggest to anyone not to use them if at all possible. Very poor service and very rude and distasteful calls. UPS is the way to go.

The Bend hub is run by a very rude crew. Both Joshua, the hub manager and his side kick Kathy are about the worst customer service people that I have experienced in quite some time!

Worst and rudest freight shipping company I have ever dealt with. We have asked all of our vendors to never ship through FedEx. The pallet we received was shipped out neat, tied down and organized. It arrived as a complete disaster. $2000 in damage. The pallet was clearly dropped and run into by fork lifts. We would have refused the shipment but the delivery driver (who has a history of being rude to us) was unloading the delivery before anybody was even there. It disgusts me what kind of stuff this company gets away with.
