FedEx is the most unreliable shipping company out there not that their is many. I mean come if you say my package is out for delivery then deliver it. Not that this review is going to matter because FedEx doesn’t care, their mood is where else you gonna go.

You have 1 job FedEx! To find my address. After ordering foreign currency for my upcoming trip, which needed a signature, I stayed home 2 days in a row for my package. The second day I literally sat on my front porch reading a book, only to get a text saying that I wasn't home. Are you serious?! I'm sitting right here! Where the hell are you going?! Calling the 1-800 number is useless, as they outsource to call centers that can only say they will try a final time the next day, which is no help because wherever you're trying to deliver to is not the right address. I don't understand how a shipping company doesn't know how to find an address.

I went in to return a laptop for my company. I had a shipping label printed already, and a box. I just needed to tape the box and send it on it's way. Upon entering the building the woman who, let's generously say "attended" the front desk, stared at me with the blank, dead eyes of a trench warfare survivor. I said "I have a package to ship.*blank stare*Feeling awkward, I proceeded "it's a laptop..."*continued staring*"I just need tape."This prompted a response!"We don't have any tape. You'll have to go downtown. They have tape there."I was...flummoxed. You're a shipping center and you don't have...tape? So I got to get in my car and drive all the way down town in search of what is, apparently, rare and valuable tape.To paraphrase a great man, "What is even the point of you, FedEx Ship Center?"

Ridiculous.Currently sitting here waiting on 800 dollars worth of stuff I needed yesterday, and was supposed to arrive yesterday. Why did it not arrive? One inch of snow. Even though it was already “out for delivery” No big deal whatever, supposed to arrive today, but no notification of out for delivery around 10am call them and the only saving grace of my experience with fed ex was the polite fellow I talked to on the phone twice today. I ask if there’s a way I can just pick up the package even though I live TWO HOURS away but this is the closest fed ex depot around so I didn’t really mind needed some other things from town anyways. Get told I can’t pick up the package until Monday, but I am assured it will be out for delivery today. Well it’s well in to the afternoon and it’s still not out. Package is sitting at the facility for no reason.Best part is I have to sign for said package and today is the only day I’m able to actually be around the house to sign for it, so when it comes on Monday (hopefully) the likelihood of it not going back to bend to repeat the process is pretty low.I’m over it fed ex, bring me my stuff.

A.wxon return drop off. Had the return label ready and it took all of 30 seconds to be walking out the door with my receipt for it. Easy peasy

The lady that I dealt with at the FedEx Jamison st location in Bend Oregon was 100% unhelpful. From the time I gave her my tracking info she denied that my package was there. Refused to go in the back and check for my package. When I asked where it was she said it would have gotten off the airplane in Redmond and gone in a conex box back to Portland. ( it had just came from Portland…) the unwillingness to help was very frustrating. After arguing with her for 10 minutes she told me I needed to listen to her and that there was no way I would he getting my package today. As 4 other employees just sat around and listened.My package was very time sensitive and could not sit over the weekend. When I left I called the freight place and that very nice lady gave me a number to reach a human at the 800 number. The guy in customer service was also very nice and called the warehouse where the tracking said my package was ( the Jamison location in Bend.) after being on hold he came back on and said he found my package and transferred me to a gal at the Jamison location. Now dealing with another lady at the same location I started at , she apologized and said my package was there and she had it ready for me to pick up. I went back in and dealt with the lady that had been on the phone.I Got my package from the original place I had started. All of this could have been avoided if the first girl would have done her job and actually looked for my package and not just filled me with what she thought was correct. Very frustrating experience since I paid $100 for shipping and still drove 2 hours from home to pick my package up to make sure I got it in time. Next time I ship hood I’ll I have a better experience and can update my review. For now they need to retrain their employees.

Needed a label from my text msg to put on my package and they would not help and were very rude about it. Who hires and manages these customer facing employees? Ugg.
