Seriously staff …… 4 staff members that I could see hanging around. One talking to someone over the counter the whole time I was waiting. One staff serving with line going to door ( 6 people) Open another register and attend to customers already in the shop who are waiting. Management needs to get this organized…

Charles, the customer service agent who helped me at this location, was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience, and reminded me how to convert a .jpg to a .pdf in a courteous and professional manner. Thanks, Charles!

Wow! I'm blown away by how helpful Rafael was. I had gone to UPS before coming to FedEx, and they quoted me over $100 to get my Christmas gifts, in one package, to the east coast on time. Rafael quoted me around the same price with the packaging I had. But, I had mentioned that I had used a lot of packaging and could downsize to a smaller box. He offered to help me repackage with a FedEx box so we could see what the difference was. He handled my Christmas gifts with care, even complementing them, and said by the 23rd it would be $26.70! I had already spent hundreds of dollars on presents, so this truly made my day. I'm self-employed so this made a huge difference. He helped me repackage my second box and saved me another $80! I can't say it enough, Rafael truly made my day. I worked for 6 years in retail at Apple in Los Angeles, so I know what good customer service is, and what bad customer service is. Rafael's customer service is EXCELLENT. He went above and beyond, and was kind and considerate. The experience was so drastically different than my experience at UPS, that I can honestly say that I never want to go to UPS again. He has created a customer that will come back again and again and I have already referred my fiancé to this location for all of her shipping needs. Rafael's the man, give this man a raise! Much respect and gratitude.

Got a text that packages were ready for pickup. Show up, only one package there. I ask the representative to help me figure out why there are two packages missing, dude offers no help and gives me a 1-800 number. He didn't even check thoroughly in case he missed any packages. Horrible experience.

Please update your Google hours. Printed materials to vend for a festival this weekend, only to find you close at 6, not 7. There is no mention of this in my confirmation email. Very frustrating, as I am only in Bend for one day, the festival is tomorrow, and I have no signage as I was expecting. A simple call to a client would go very far as a common courtesy.

I checked FedEx's website for hours (closing at 7 PM per the website) and raced over to the store to pick up a package. Arriving at 6:50 I was met with a closed store. Apparently the store closes at 6 PM and didn't bother to coordinate that with their website.

Have their hours set at 8 AM on here when it's actually 9 AM and on top of that there answering machine also says they open at 8 AM but they do not... may want to get someone to change that so people aren't wasting their time

Their online hours seem to always be incorrect when I need to grab work materials from them which can be an extreme pain living in Redmond.
