Unfortunately we had to witness the rudest customer I have ever seen in my life verbally abuse the employee who was trying to help her. “As someone who's new to car audio, he helped me a TON! I bought a new amp for my chevy tahoe, and had no idea how to install it. I pulled up to Sergents not realizing the place was closed, but as I was walking back to my car, he walked out of his shop and proceeded to tell me exactly what I needed to do to install my amp myself. He didn't try to sell me anything or get any money out of me. Just gave me some SOLID advice. Now thanks to him, my system is bumpin!

“The employees here are amazing and very personable! I had spent a couple hours on the phone with support trying to get my home internet gateway working until they eventually just told me to go into a physical location. We spent about an hour with them in the store and the entire time all of the employees were friendly, engaged, and helpful answering my questions and troubleshooting my problem. I believe Ryan was the main employee that was helping us and he went above and beyond with his service and surpassed any expectations that I had going in. We went home happy and with working internet. Thank you guys so much!”
“Amazing spot to get games ok for selling games and host Smash Bros games when a new game comes out for either a free copy or a discount for the game it's pretty cool they have a fun twist”

“This is less about the store and more about our experience with the Customer Service team, specifically Gabi. Huge props to her for ALL her help. We had a bunch of baby items to return from our registry months later; it was messy to say the least. She calmly and happily went above and beyond to make sure we left the store happy. This experience felt like pre-pandemic Target where employees are there to help customers, which isn't always our experience at this store. It's that extra step that makes all the difference.”
“10 stars!!! The Geek Squad saved the day with my computer and multiple accounts being hacked.. Ryan worked with me and was so calm and knew exactly what to do while I was in a panic. He was patient with me as I had forgotten passwords and I never felt rushed with him. I'm so glad that he was my Geek Squad service rep. I was in and out with all new passwords which he helped me set up and confirmation that the hackers tried multiple times to get in my accounts all over the world but that their efforts were unsuccessful. Great Job Ryan!!!!!!!”

“Excellent customer service and highly recommended! Tony helped us replace an older generation HDMI wall port that was hard to find due to its age, and he came out within hours the day he was called to do the fix.
Price with install is very comparable to others, but we ultimately went with AV Bend because of the speed with which Tony was able to come by, and the availability of such an old part.
Thank you, Tony! So sorry this review wasn't left sooner as you helped us in July 2023. :)”
