I was on a road trip and stopped in at his location driving from Colorado to Washington. I’ve never really had a bad experience with Discount Tire and my experience stays the same no matter the location, but I do want to take the time to leave a review of my experience with the Bend - Discount Tire location. The team and staff were fantastic! Busy, but motivated, polite, professional, prompt, and attentive. I brought my car in to get my tires checked. I had a feeling there was a leak in my front tire. Within half a hour or less they were done! I was quoted a hour. They explained everything to me as they checked my tires. It ended up being my front passenger tire had a hole. Because I bought the tire certificates, I walked out not paying a dime which was nice compared to my recent visit to the Kendall Toyota dealership service team five days prior where I had to take my car in to get checked for a faulty gas cap. Now, that place was a horrible experience. I still don’t understand how I walked out of the Kendall Toyota location paying nearly $200 for a gas cap (side tangent).
To sum up; I couldn't recommend this store/brand and location enough. Highly highly recommend.

Made a appointment at 3:30 took a hour almost to just rotate tires. Then on way home heard a noise and looked in mirror and one of my center caps going across hiway, stopped went to try and find to no avail and on return to truck both were missing on drivers side!!! Price $60 a piece not happy about it!! Plus air pressure difference was not even close!!

Asked if the tire they were trying to sell me is a quality tire and all they could respond is it's bottom of the bucket tire. The attitude was one of don't waste my time calling about a cheap set of tires. Only thing is, it's for a car not driven much and we have 5 other vehicles. I know who I won't be calling for tires anymore. And I just thought I gonna switch to this place from Costco. Costco has great tires and great service, free lifetime rotataions along at a better price than you I now see. I will never try shopping Discount tire again.

I've used Discount Tires as my go to place for years... the Bend shop was a great disappointment. 4 hours wait for a 45 minute promised service of $1200 plus with of Micheline. Delivered with filthy not cleaned wheels, and pressures ranging from 38psi to 59psi! Ridiculous... They should be ashamed.

TRISTAN is Discount Tires greatest weapon for success. They need 10 of him in every store. To take it a bit further, he should be the CEO! I would have never gone back to that store because of a miserable experience with a different associate. Tristan stepped in and made it my best experience ever. He made me a repeat customer. I will tell everyone I know about Discount Tires and how absolutely wonderful Tristan is. Tristan should give customer service classes to all of the other associates because if they all gave the customer service he gives, you would put all of the other tires stores out of business!

I have always loved Discount Tire, even before I moved to Bend, and my experience here was consistent with past experiences elsewhere.
I am moving 1700 miles away and completely forgot to get tires well in advance, and ended up getting them 2 days before my move date.
I arrived at 8:05 a.m. and was fourth in line, and they got my car in to the bay at 8:30, and were done by 9:15.
Then, a couple of days later when we were actually set to move, we discovered that three of our four rental truck tires were low, so my in-laws took the truck there to get it checked out and they filled the tires for free!
I will ALWAYS go to Discount Tire for my tire needs!

Discount Tire consistently screws things up. They used to make it better with exceptional customer service and an effort to rectify their mistakes but that has deteriorated terribly in recent years.
Thanks for faulty TPMS sensors and wasting copious amounts of my time, discount tire. Good riddance. You’re too busy to take care of anyone or anything well.
The owner then tries to resolve the issue by posting a broken link in lieu of simply calling or texting me. He’s got my number.

I had a problem that resulted in needing to pay for a repair that was caused by a mistake someone here, made, when changing my tires. When I went back to confront the issue, they were very professional and kind and had a very organized claims process for me to go through and I was given a full reimbursement of the money I had spent on repair, without any rebuttal. I have more respect for Discount Tire now that I have seen how they are very professional in dealing with conflicts with customers. I will continue to be their customer for my tire needs.
