I am acknowledging Kyle the customer service guy for attempting to help me find a pair of cotton/spandex biker shorts. Not only did he go out of his way to read the descriptions, he had a great attitude with the searching. I also appreciate Mike the manager for his great leadership. It is people like this that make shopping fun. YEAH

Went in for a couple of baseball mitts. Was not impressed with the level of knowledge of the young man who helped us. When I asked about the differences in gloves he didn't have much to say other than "its a matter of preference"... O.k. but what details make a person prefer this feature or that feature? All answers where vague and it was clear he knew little about the mitts although was certainly not willing to state that. Not surprising these days I guess. I would recommend doing some research online before going in. Of course that is why people shop online. They do their own research and then they can have it delivered to their home, often for less $$$. There are two reasons for a retail location, items in stock, and expert advice. If you fail on expert advice you only have items in stock. They did have two mitts that satisfied the purpose but I was hoping for a little better guidance with my selections. I'm not upset, just not impressed.

Stopped at your Bend location the other day and we got excellent service. We were helped by the front store manager (Kyle) and he showed us our options and helpfully answered all our questions. Easy to see why he's the manager! Great shopping experience, especially since that level of customer service is a thing of the past.

Good selection on most sports. Not a bigger store like you'd find in Portland or Medford. Good customer service.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! ask me if i wanted help and get what i wanted in time.Definitely will keep going back and forth.Otherwise a Great opportunity to shop with these amazing customers service of help!

I would like to leave NO stars but in order to leave a review, I had to leave at least 1. This is a ZERO star review. I will never shop at this store again. I went to buy Christmas presents and had received a text offering a $20 off $100 or more purchase. I went to the store and downloaded the app and created the account just as the store employee had told me to do. He scanned the barcode. The computer said that the coupon was approved but the discount did not reflect the reduction on the transaction. Next the employee decided to scan it again and at that point it denied saying that the coupon was already used. THe employee called the manager up to the counter. The employee explained about half of the story in which I filled in the gaps. I shared that I had not used the coupon and how I had just downloaded the app for the barcode that I was told that was needed. The manager said that I had to call customer service. I shared that it was pretty simple what had happened. He was so rude and called me a liar. It was not about the money. Had I been treated with respect I probably would have just bought the merchandise but this individual was so rude and condesending. I will never spend another dime at this store.

Store service was great. We bought an in-ground basketball hoop and paid for installation. The installer told us the ground wouldn’t allow for a hole to be dug, but the 65-year old homeowner was somehow able to do it alone. Zero stars for out of store experience.

They have a good selection for sports and they will price match identical items and anything on their website. Plenty of parking.

I found a couple of sweatpants I wanted to try on. Asked a sales associate to let me into the fitting room. tried them on. didn't like them. I hung them back up myself since the racks were close by. Saw a different pair of sweats in a totally different area, saw the fitting room was still open, so I went in to try on this other pair. they fit great. while I'm pants down in my underwear, about to put my pants back on...some manager started pounding on the door like it was an FBI raid. Really? I said, "hello!!!!". No answer. As I exited, I saw the manager walking away, back turned...no apology. nothing. I'm a middle-age, fully employed, productive member of society. Trying clothes is a big enough hassle for old guys. Thanks for treating me like a criminal. Never going back.
