Davis and Clark has done a great job on my two Toyotas. I’m able to make an appointment online for the next day and they see my car quickly and have bubbly water to enjoy while I wait. Great service.

Davis and Clark Auto Repair did a complete inspection on my Lincoln. Found several issues that needed to be addressed. Gave me an estimate and time for repairs to be completed. The work took less time complete and no add-ons. Very happy with my new auto repair shop.

I'd been looking for a local auto shop after the dealership I've been going to since I purchased my car new closed. Had a simple oil change, nothing major, but very pleased with the whole experience from making the appointment, having the service, and retrieving my car afterward. Kudos to Davis & Clark - I'll be back!

This was my first time using Davis and Clark. I needed a quick oil change and some other minor work done in advance of an upcoming long trip. They got my car in quickly, did a good job and got my vehicle back to me promptly.

Went in for an AC recharge/repair and oil change.
They charged me what they quoted over the phone to "fix" it- but all they did was "diagnose" it (and they were incorrect with the diagnosis).
While they had the car (on the phone) they quoted me $1200 for the repair - they were closing, I needed my car, so I told them I'd think about it and come pick up the car.
When I showed up- the car still wasn't ready (after 7 hours), and the quote had increased to $2k.
Called my former mechanic in Portland - drove it there. It didn't need all they proposed (why did I pay for inaccurate diagnosis??)- and the repair was half the cost. Even if it would've needed all they proposed- it would've only been $1500. In PORTLAND- who would've guessed car repairs were half price there.
They were great when I first called. My husband previously had a fine experience with an oil change- but both of us ran into them having the car all day and not letting you know what was going on and with my case- they weren't even telling me if I could pick it up at closing time- I just needed to wait for someone else to call me back.
They were short staffed that day as well- so maybe forgive them for no sticker on the oil change and not refilling my fluids?
But they wasted me whole day and charged me a couple hundred for *nothing*.
Hopefully, you have a better experience- but I know I'm definitely not going back.

Mica did what no other service department in Central Oregon could, got me in the day after I indicated having a problem, and out the same day! Unbelievable service and expertise. As an owner of a business myself, these guys were next level great! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing great service in a timely manner!

I received a flyer in the mail from Davis and Clark Auto Repair and called for an appointment for a transmission service. They told me the length of time it would take and how much it would cost. When my service was done they called me to pick up my vehicle and paid the price they quoted me. I was very impressed with the staff and the service I received. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for further service as needed. Working with the dealership in Bend was too expensive and they are always 2 to 3 months out with us unacceptable. Davis and Clark is my new auto repair shop. Thank you for serving our community.

They said it would be 1 to 1.5 hours for my oil change, I came back to pick up my car almost 4 hours later and it hasn't even been started. Sorry but I dont have all day for a simple oil change.
