This store is fantastic. Great selection of hats, clothes and vintage jewelry. I bought a Stetson and a vintage turquoise bracelet. What is REALLY amazing is the customer service / Rebecca = the owner. A week after I purchased my bracelet, some stones began falling out of it. I contacted the owner, Rebecca, and asked her what to do. I also live in Portland (ie - not nearby). She graciously offered to have it repaired at no cost to me. I sent it to a shop in AZ that she recommended. The whole process of repair, as well as communication with the repair shop and Rebecca was seamless. Truly above and beyond customer service. When Im back in Bend I will definitely pay another visit to Cowboy Cash!

Loved the ring I purchased, but I found the sales lady rude and dismissive. She didn’t even thank me for my purchase. I spent $200.00 and took less than 3 minutes of her time. Maybe something else was on her mind, but the whole experience was odd.

This store is adorable if I could buy the vibe and redecorate my house like this store I would!! When I walked in it immediately smelled good so I took a photo of the candle. Beautiful place definitely worth stopping in even if just for inspiration!

I was drawn in by a Prada bag in the window....It was perfect with original tags, and I couldn't live without it. This shop is amazing, and no trip to Old Town Bend would be complete without seeking out this unique shopping venue.

Love, love, love Cowgirl Cash. My daughter found this amazing store while traveling to Bend. She got the most adorable cowgirl boots there. I’ve ordered several unique pieces online and had a very positive experience. The owner was extremely helpful, responsive, and even checked back to make sure the necklace I ordered made it to its destination. I can’t wait to visit this store in person the next time I’m in Bend!

Depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for a boutique type store with inflated prices this store is for you. It feels like they went to garage sales (and in some cases Tractor supply) bought boots and very cliche western wear, marked the prices up and put them in a fancy boutique store. A lot of the kids boots were generic boots that were marked up for twice what they cost brand new. If you don't have stores like this near you its fine but I wouldn't waste the money here.

The owner effectively stole a pair of my boots and didn’t pay me, or give the boots back. Then scolded me, although she would not answer calls or messages in order for me to get them back. Very unethical business practices!

Rebecca refused to return my boots to me, after the agreed upon time. Now I’m without my boots or the money to cover them. Very unethical.

Cute place in an amazing location in town. Love the owner. She was such a sweetie. We were able to get 2 pairs of boots for my girls! So many awesome outfits I would have loved to get but am still recovering from having the baby! I will be back!
