Bend Costco Tire center was able to get my in for a walk in SUPER last minute. My car was wobbling and I needed a torque check and rebalancing. With only 30 min before they officially closed they were willing to take me because the bolts on my tires were loose. Super thankful for their willingness to take me last minute! I am really glad I went to them for tires.

I want to like Costco Tire Center but they are so slow. It’s impressive how slow they are. They say it’ll be done in 2 hours when it actually takes 4 hours. It’s happened 3 out 3 times.

Is 0 stars an option? Going to this tire center is the definition of stupidity. They take appointments, but do not really honor them. I waited 35 minutes to check in for my appointment today and was then told me it would be over two hours to have my seasonal tire swap completed. Last year I decided to avoid Costco because these issues are long-standing and returned today with the hope that they had sorted this out post-pandemic. Let me save you some time and let you know that it is a disorganized disaster and recommend you avoid at all costs.

Are you kidding me? Who doesn't love Costco?! We have a love hate relationship. I love going there and hate looking at my visa statement at the end of the month! Haha! Their return policy is better than no other, the quality of items they carry is guaranteed. Pricing is generally the best for what you buy. You can always get help by asking an employee at the front for assistance. I kinda like the self checkout lane if only have a few items, otherwise it's worth the wait for a checker. I will go to Costco forever until the end of the

Me and my partner came to grab a quick bite at the food court - a chicken bake that he's raved about for years but we don't have Costcos where I'm from. My partner was misinformed that we could go in without memberships for food courts which the man working the front entrance very rudely and snidely informed us (to great lengths) otherwise. We get that most places are protecting their goods and clientele but terrible customer service and just unreasonably belittling. I can't see why someone would be interested in purchasing a membership after that interaction.

Costco is going beyond to provide great service to put new tires on or to switch to winter tires or rotations. They are open all night. We left our car in the parking lot in the early evening and we picked up our car at 9:00 the next morning with the new tires on. I was very impressed!! Thank you Costco for thinking outside the box! I am a very satisfied customer!

Made appt to get snow tires put on 10:15 am. Was told when checking in 1.5 hours max. It's now 12 pm and my car still is not in shop. This is ridiculous. How many appts did they make before mine at 10:15? Also service at front is bad. They should take everyone with appts first, then customers buying new tires, making appts, etc

Snow tire change appointment scheduled for 2 pm. Made it weeks in advance. Takes 1. 5 hours to change out tires. Came back after 1.5, car not even taken in yet! It’s now over 2 hours waiting in the cold. Why do they bother with appointments if you are not going to honor them? Ridiculous!

I had an appointment for new tires to be installed on my vehicle at 2pm (which I waited over 4 weeks for that appointment to even come available, but that's besides the point). I received the email that said to be there 15 minutes early prior to my appointment yada yada so like a good soldier I follow suit and arrive at 1:45pm. As soon as I enter, the employee "who doesn't normally work in the tire shop but who was unfortunately pulled over for the day" has the unenviable task of informing customers that the tire shop is running 2-2 1/2 hours behind because there were some drop in appointments earlier in the day that threw off the schedule. He takes my keys anyways, not sure why since I could have just sat in my car until they were ready for them and they could call for them or something. Costco not sure how your lack of planning became my problem but it did. When I have an appointment at a scheduled time, I expect that appointment to take place within a reasonable window of that scheduled time, as my time is valuable. When I take my car to Les Schwab's or Discount Tires, I am in and out in under an hour (no matter how busy they are). Yet, every single time I have an appointment with you all, I am there for at least 2 hours or more. You would have thought I'd have learned my lesson but I was lured in with promises of an appointment time that should have been adhered to and maybe a warm churro that could have been enjoyed while waiting. 3 + hours later I was finally was done and able to leave but received no apologies from anyone about the long wait. I've decided that your terrible lack of scheduling ability has affected my time, my job and my life for the last time. The time has come to stick a fork in it and call it a day. It's taken me awhile to to figure it out, I've given you so many chances to be the hero in this relationship, it's definitely a you problem not a me problem but I will never make this mistake again. You've lost me as a customer and my family as well (since I'm the one who makes the appointments) so our entire family will never go to the Bend Costco Tire Center ever again.

What do you get when you put incompetence and stuck up attitude together? you get Costco. the only thing holding this place together is their food prices. and they can't even run that properly.

I'm not sure if others have experienced this, but I was at Costco twice last week and there is a man, with breasts, in the tightest most revealing t shirt, working right outside the front doors and you can't get by him without them right in your face. It's as if he is showing them off. As a woman, it is truly offensive. Please Costco, make him cover those things up! I'm pretty sure if it were a woman sportin them, she'd be reprimanded.
