If you are not white don’t go there. Make people uncomfortable for no reason . Hope they fix this very big issue . They need quality worker there for sure . Hope new Costco employees not like this location so all people could shop and enjoy great customer service experience .

I’d rather interact with a robot. The woman at the customer service desk was so unnecessarily rude. So sad she has to share her negativity while at work.

Anyone who knows me knows I love our Costco! My "Bend wardrobe" is full of great Costco buys that are easily coordinated. Quality products are always available. And the employees are the most knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful people around. It's a joy to shop there!

We ordered the pepperoni pizza in the food court and had a hard time eating it. It had a fishy taste and we eventually came to the conclusion that it was because it wasn't cooked long enough. The tomato sauce had a metallic flavor making it fishy in flavor. It was definitely more undercooked than most other Costco locations we've been to.

Clean store and the staff is great. However, this is an older, smaller Costco and the parking is absolutely the worst of any Costco that I have ever visited.

The service for tire rotation is terrible, after 2 hours they tell me that I have to schedule an appointment; I arrived at the appointment 15 minutes early and after an hour and a half they still had not started the rotation, they told me to wait 5 minutes, half an hour later they told me that they have not done it yet that I must wait 4 hours and that most likely I have to take the car to Ford to have it done because they don't have the machine to lift the car... so why didn't they notify them from the day they sold them and installed them?

We were in Bend visiting our daughter and got a flat tire. Going to leave on Sunday , nothing open but Costco. They were able to fit us in and within an hour our tire was fixed and we were on the road. Yes Costco is great, but it was the employee Kyle Walker who made all the difference. He was polite. He was willing to help us get the tire back on our car and put our spare back. He truly went above and beyond and we could not be more thankful. I hope his store manager sees this and he gets special recognition for his hard work and dedication to his job. Thank you Kyle.
