Horrible service!
Has anyone else had prescriptions mysteriously disappear? That keeps happening to my family.
Your prescriptions will disappear (that’s a common issue for this pharmacy). Rhonda will blame this on the system, will refuse to help you solve your problem and will hung up on you.

Are you kidding me? Who doesn't love Costco?! We have a love hate relationship. I love going there and hate looking at my visa statement at the end of the month! Haha! Their return policy is better than no other, the quality of items they carry is guaranteed. Pricing is generally the best for what you buy. You can always get help by asking an employee at the front for assistance. I kinda like the self checkout lane if only have a few items, otherwise it's worth the wait for a checker. I will go to Costco forever until the end of the

Switched because I’m a member and thought I’d support Costco. Is almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at this pharmacy. Extremely frustrating. Walmart has a more efficient process!! Hard to fathom!

I ordered the SafeGard travel vaccine program through Costco which was then fulfilled by the Costco pharmacy. I am so impressed! The Costco team made the process seamless from start to finish. They were organized, friendly, and made it a very positive experience. Special shout out to Ruth, Elizabeth, and Douglas for being awesome! Thanks for helping me get organized for my trip!

Me and my partner came to grab a quick bite at the food court - a chicken bake that he's raved about for years but we don't have Costcos where I'm from. My partner was misinformed that we could go in without memberships for food courts which the man working the front entrance very rudely and snidely informed us (to great lengths) otherwise. We get that most places are protecting their goods and clientele but terrible customer service and just unreasonably belittling. I can't see why someone would be interested in purchasing a membership after that interaction.

I had an appointment for new tires to be installed on my vehicle at 2pm (which I waited over 4 weeks for that appointment to even come available, but that's besides the point). I received the email that said to be there 15 minutes early prior to my appointment yada yada so like a good soldier I follow suit and arrive at 1:45pm. As soon as I enter, the employee "who doesn't normally work in the tire shop but who was unfortunately pulled over for the day" has the unenviable task of informing customers that the tire shop is running 2-2 1/2 hours behind because there were some drop in appointments earlier in the day that threw off the schedule. He takes my keys anyways, not sure why since I could have just sat in my car until they were ready for them and they could call for them or something. Costco not sure how your lack of planning became my problem but it did. When I have an appointment at a scheduled time, I expect that appointment to take place within a reasonable window of that scheduled time, as my time is valuable. When I take my car to Les Schwab's or Discount Tires, I am in and out in under an hour (no matter how busy they are). Yet, every single time I have an appointment with you all, I am there for at least 2 hours or more. You would have thought I'd have learned my lesson but I was lured in with promises of an appointment time that should have been adhered to and maybe a warm churro that could have been enjoyed while waiting. 3 + hours later I was finally was done and able to leave but received no apologies from anyone about the long wait. I've decided that your terrible lack of scheduling ability has affected my time, my job and my life for the last time. The time has come to stick a fork in it and call it a day. It's taken me awhile to to figure it out, I've given you so many chances to be the hero in this relationship, it's definitely a you problem not a me problem but I will never make this mistake again. You've lost me as a customer and my family as well (since I'm the one who makes the appointments) so our entire family will never go to the Bend Costco Tire Center ever again.

What do you get when you put incompetence and stuck up attitude together? you get Costco. the only thing holding this place together is their food prices. and they can't even run that properly.

My experience with all of Costco pharmacy’s techs today was great, however, Mel was exceptional. She helped me with an insurance issue and got me my prescriptions much faster than I was anticipating. Thank you Mel!!

I'm not sure if others have experienced this, but I was at Costco twice last week and there is a man, with breasts, in the tightest most revealing t shirt, working right outside the front doors and you can't get by him without them right in your face. It's as if he is showing them off. As a woman, it is truly offensive. Please Costco, make him cover those things up! I'm pretty sure if it were a woman sportin them, she'd be reprimanded.

I was ok with them telling me they didn't have enough of my prescription, they would give me the 6 pills they had, and they would contact me the day before I needed more so I could pick up the rest. They never contacted me and now I'm scrambling on the weekend to get another script so I can have it filled somewhere else. I'm sad I even let them convince me they would have the rest of my prescription in time. This pharmacy is inept. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Quite the busy pharmacy but the employees are lovely. Special shout out to Jason and Scott who do an amazing job of treating everyone well. They really go above and beyond for us customers and make sure we leave with a smile :) Thank you!

They never answer the phone. If you do not have a script # you have to drive over, wait in line to ask if they have a script ready or have even received it from the Dr. One week I had to do that for 3 days in row. It is an hour trip for me. Just get somebody to answer the phone. How hard is it.

Honestly worst customer service. They never answer the phone. They will take 7+ days to fill a rx that other pharmacies will fill same day. So many people I know have moved their rx's elsewhere and I will be doing the same.
