The Good- Very cool eclectic decor. African Asian, etc-inspired design.The Bad- $pendy.The Tip- If you can't afford all of the furniture, get some ideas as you walk around so you can replicate at home. Buy assorted foods and sauces, they have a great selection of things you haven't tried!

Regrettably, the World Market location in question appears to suffer from notable organizational shortcomings and subpar customer service. Tucker, the manager, is so accommodating, and always goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction when things go sideways (on occasion) with my online orders, in particular. Such a fun store.

I had a merchandise fiasco and manager Tucker and his incredible staff went out of their way to help me. The entire team at this Bend location are kind, attentive, and customer-focused. It’s one of the only large retail stores left where I’d rather shop in person than online, and that’s entirely due to the Bend location staff.

Worst service ever TODAY! Online offer for 15% off. I went to the store so I could see the merchandise before purchase and was told they would not honor the discount if I ordered the item online while in the store. Her exact words were, " It takes too much time for us to see your purchase." Feels a lot like bait and switch. I will never go back!

Chivalry & good customer service isn't dead. They made a slight slip up on an outdoor furniture order and Tucker helped me out. Not only was he incredibly polite and kind - he managed to get everything sorted immediately. Thank you so much Tucker- you have created a loyal and forever customer in me.

I never leave reviews but my experience here yesterday inspired me to write one. I paid for a rug that wasn’t in stock and the manager told me to come pick it up three days later. I came in and they had no record of it and said they would never sell me a rug that wasn’t in stock. They said the person at the register and the managers know not to sell something that isn’t in stock . Two managers came over and said they are the only managers who work there , one of which was working on that day and she didn’t sell it to me. They were clearly not going to help me , even though I had a receipt , because I can only assume they though I was trying to scam them . They finally figured out it was the general manager who sold it to me , and he put a note in the wrong spot. There were several staff and customers watching the whole interaction and it was embarrassing. and rude to treat a customer who just spent $250 like they did something wrong or was trying to scam them when it was them being disorganized. I didn’t get an apology either .

I love all the unique items. Wish they had more single drinks on the shelf, though, like the Vancouver WA store. Bend was very limited on beers etc.
