What a bunch of lame, weak-kneed tubers that worked there on the closing shift on Tuesday, Jan 8, 2028. Why?, you ask.We drove 40 minutes from the airport to get there in order to secure much-needed winter gear. We arrived 20 minutes before closing. Repeat: it’s 20 minutes before closing time. As we’re walking from the car (parking lot) to the front doors the inside lights switch off. It’s 20 minutes before closing time. Gut wrenching. Will these people be true employees, good people, or will they be weak-sauce wussies? We try the door. Locked. It’s 20 minutes before closing time. We press our noses to the glass door and note three employees approaching the front door ready to leave. It’s 20 minutes before closing time. Words are traded but I can’t make out what they’re saying. Not even the decency to open the door and talk with us.I can understand this from the two millennial employees but not from the older-looking fella. I expect more sir. I expect decency. I expect you to do your job. And if you choose not to do your job, I expect you to have the decency to not hide behind wimpy children.Find better employees, or fire everyone.

Pushy salesman. I was looking at jackets and one of them snuck up behind me, tapped me on the shoulder, and asked if I needed help finding something. I don't appreciate being tapped.

Great sale yesterday at my visit. 60%off! But sale tracks are a mess. Sizes all mixed. I got overwhelmed with how messy and unorganized the racks were. I didn't buy anything.

Columbia....quit using GLS for shipping...the most irresponsible people.....why do you use a low class third party company to ship when you are a high class company....you lost a customer because of GLS.

They have a nice and colorful variety of jackets. The staff are friendly too. A bit pricy, but there were a lot of major discounts.

Love this store helpful staff clean organized and in many cases price points in line with many of the superstores but far superior quality. I have never been disappointed.
