My healthy cat who never had a problem in vets and her vaccines before got terribly sick after her yearly routine visit. Whole week of vomiting and not eating. Many visits to the ER (not this clinic) who pretty much had to fix her back up. None of the staff in the clinic could hold my cats down for check ups (my previous vet had no issues) so I suspect they had a harder time holding them down properly for shots and bloodwork in the back. Also they keep records on paper and no computers... many room for error and loss of information...

Dr Munck was the first vet to really examine my cat's teeth and address her weight problem. She gave us a written plan, which we're working on. We will be taking our other cats ? there, also.

Dr Kirsten went above and beyond to help our cat. She took the time to explain things in detail despite it being the end of a long day and was kind and patient with our complicated decision making process. She is excellent and we'll be back (if needed)!

I have been going to CCC since I adopted my FIV cat in 2020. Kirsten and her team go above and beyond to help me care for him while keeping costs manageable since he is not insurable given his condition. I am so grateful for the care team -- this may be a business but I have always experienced such excellent service, compassion, and understanding when facing tough situations for my pet. Thank you CCC!

I have been taking my cats to Kirsten for over 30 years now (2 pairs of sisters, one pair and then a second pair). My first 2 lived to 16 (with a health condition) and the other 21 years old.My two recent ones are now 12 and I expect they will have another 6 to 8 years at least.It is a safe place to take cats - no dogs in the waiting room or even dog scent around. All the employees are great. Everyone, especially Dr. Munck (Kirsten), is compassionate, they explain everything that goes on, and I get to attend their exams. I can't say enough about a place to take cats for wonderful care. And I can't say enough good things about Dr. Munck!She even comes in to check on any patients that are kept overnight or weekends. I have had such a great experience with this clinic. The Dr is an awesome, caring intelligent caregiver and is so knowledgeable. She gave me an extra year with my old girl. She now treats my 18 male cat. I only wish she could treat my new dog!

I can highly recommend this clinic. My female cat had ear issues that were unresolved by another vet in town, Dr Munck did an amazing job with resolving this for my kitty. My other 18 year old cat recieves excellent care and I trust Dr Munck and her team with ongoing senior care for him. It is wonderful to have her on my side with this senior boy!

Dr. Munck and her team were so great! They were able to make time for my cat to have an emergency visit. They came in at 8am on a Saturday to ensure my cat was taken care of. They truly care and provided me with continuous updates along the way.

I cannot recommend them enough! I brought my aging cat in for some litterbox habit changes and Dr. Munck uncovered some extra issues I hadn’t clocked yet. My cat is now a frequent flier but after months of fine tuning medication needs you would never even know she was sick, and hasn’t had a UTI (which she had chronically) in the past several check ups! I trust Dr. Munck inherently and also love working with Taylor, who manages scheduling and other office tasks. Both Dr. Munck and Taylor know me and my cat well and make bringing her in a breeze. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Munck and her team have provided great care for my cats for years. No one wants to be at the vet, but knowing your cat is in good hands definitely helps!I didn't know how much I would appreciate everyone at Colorado Cat Clinic until my senior cat recently made it clear that his days were numbered. I'm grateful we had Kirsten and her team to explain everything, answer my questions, and reassure me on the quality of life issues and indicators I needed to be watching. Thanks to the CCC team, my guy was able to pass peacefully at home when he was ready. To have their support to give him the final days he deserved and to let him go on his own timeline means everything.

Dr. Munck and the team came highly recommended to me and I can see why. My cat had a highly unusual/severe condition and Dr. Munck worked us in ASAP to evaluate and come up with a treatment plan. My cat has made, what appears to be, a full recovery although her treatment is ongoing due to the nature of her condition. Her quality of life has been restored. I will never take my cats elsewhere for care so long as I live in Central Oregon - they are simply the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, Colorado Cat Clinic!

Experience and gut instinct are what kept my two cats alive. That is what you get with Dr. Kirsten Munck. Three years ago we moved here and my cat developed a rare illness what was promptly treated but not diagnosed right away- Dr. Munck was relentless on getting to the bottom of it utilizing her vast network of experts, knowing that she could solve it. And she did. After weeks in her clinic my cat came home. Grateful. When I inherited my mom’s cat, he had a host of issues from teeth to liver. Dr. Munck lovingly understood what my mom’s cat meant to me. And every illness, including a blocked intestine to enlarged liver were diagnosed, treated and i hope he is now living his best life. I would be remiss to no mention the outstanding support team that Dr. Munck has. As any leader knows, you are only as good as the team you surround yourself by. 10 out of 10. Wow. That was the rudest interaction Ive had with a business. Will never be returning and will not be recommending to anyone. Their curb side service is a mess and not well communicated. I was left in the rain with a sick cat and young child told I needed to leave because I was early for my appointment. Unsure how the veterinarians are didn’t even have the chance to see them.
