The minute me and my brother walked into the store the lady who worked at the front counter said “if you are here to steal alcohol you are at the wrong place” it felt incredibly disrespectful especially as being 21 and just wanting a Gatorade and gummy bears. Will never go back here

This is now a pinnacle 365. To be clear the guys on the convenience store side are great. I thought I’d pop over to the other side and try some of the chicken. Two men stood there on the other side of the counter, staring down into their cell phones. And so I stood there, and I stood there and I stood there. They kept staring down at their cell phones. After a full minute. I just turned around and left. I have no idea whether they ever realized I was in there standing right in front of them at the counter. One thing is for sure. They sure as hell weren’t interested in selling any chicken.

My husband stopped in tonight to buy tobacco. He was asked for ID produced his Oregon drivers license and his federal ID card. He is 35 years old and had the proper ID but it was not enough. The employee told him he would get fired for selling him tobacco. He is a successful black man and was rudely refused his purchase in front of other customers . He is well know for his kind, peaceful attitude and loved in this community. This is a classic case of racial prejudice. We are very upset by this humiliating experience and intend to pursue this incident further. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

There's 1 or 2 gas attendants. Super slow. Been here twice. Same result. First time it took 10 minutes for anyone to get to my car. 2nd I just pumped it myself. Like dudes.. get more gas attendants. Separate people's breaks. Do SOMETHING!

I pulled into their Chevron gas station and received good service from the attendant. One of the reasons I decided to buy my fuel at this location was because it looked like a presentable good location that would have clean bathrooms. When I entered the store and approached the restrooms there were signs on the restrooms that indicated you needed to ask for a key. I approached the cashier and she looked at the clock and said it's after 8 PM and the rest rooms are closed and not available. I can't believe that a service station will close their bathrooms to their customers. For this reason I will never make a purchase at this location again!

Great staff came for coffee and lottery tickets I drove From out of town and wanted to leave a nice review after meeting a wonderful guy named James. He was Very helpful And I was impressed On how clean the store was definitely will be back in when I come back in the area-Goldendale Girls....?

The only reason I continue going here is for the kickback points for gas. I've had fraud happen on my card after getting gas here. Tried to drain my whole bank account. Small Hispanic guy with big mustache at the pumps is incredibly rude. Thanks to him I will no longer get gas here anymore.
