I would not recommend buying a new vehicle from Lithia. First be aware that when they tell you your vehicle has a "bumper to bumper warranty" they are not telling you that is a limited warranty that does not cover most of the things that will go wrong with your vehicle. Don't waste your money on the maintenance package either, it only covers the bare minimum and you'll still end up spending thousands of dollars for maintenance on your brand new vehicle.

Do not trust anyone at this dealership. I took my business to Kendall VW and love the vehicle I purchased from Kendall VW. Lithia Chevy are absolute crooks. Please do not support rhis business. You'll regret it if you do.

Very poor customer service and disappointing business practices. I went in on 8/9/22 to see if Bend Chevrolet wanted to buy my almost new 2022 GMC sierra pickup. I have a fleet of vehicles and we just ended up with 1 too many. The salesman was very nice and polite and they made me an offer for my truck. I told them I would like to go home and sleep on it as I never make financial decisions on the spot. They said that would be fine. I called the next morning to accept their offer and they said they would no longer purchase it. It had not even been 24 hours since their offer was made. I called and left voice mails for both sales manages neither of which replied. If you want a dealer who is not willing to keep their word buy from Bend Chevy.

Bought a new used truck there because they had a better selection than in Montana. Worked with Joe and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had...painless! Can't say enough about how wonderful it was...even getting plates for Montana for me. I highly recommend both the dealership and Joe for a great time. My daughter brought it to me today and it was perfect...

We bought a used 2015 Ford F150 from this dealer. We drove it a little on Bend Parkway before buying it. We bought it and drove it home and parked it for almost a week. Then our son drove it to the airport and once he reached 65 MPH the truck vibrated, lost some power, and the check engine light came on. We found several problems with the engine, some minor, but also the catalytic convertor was bad. I reached out to the salesman who blew us off with the typical, there is a risk with buying a used vehicle and they had no way to help assist us in covering the repair. We believe they knew the truck had issues and then turned their backs on us immediately after we took delivery. After working in the Automotive business for nearly 40 years and working with over 200 dealers, I am fully aware of the risk but know first hand that dealers can offer goodwill on issues such as ours. I do NOT recommend this dealer.

We purchased a used Dodge Ram from this dealership and while we were treated very well, as soon as we got home, we discovered that the air conditioner didn't work and while the pickup had been washed and "surface cleaned", it had not been detailed like we were promised. We live 5 hours from the dealership and we were told that if we brought it back, the salesman would detail it himself to make it right, but as far as the non working A/C, we are on our own as that is our problem for not figuring it out before we took possession and they have no intention of making it right. We aren't surprised as this is stereotypic of a used car salesman and while we hate to group them all together, this guy did it to himself. We won't be doing business with them again and we suggest that you go over your purchase with a fine toothed comb if you choose to buy from them.

Worst HR ever. Wouldn't recommend working at any Lithia. Lithia doesn't even have a person you can call at HR for payroll. Human Resources is a joke here, they don't value their workers. But the benefits sure look good This is also why I'm guessing they go by "Chevrolet of Bend" instead of Lithia.

I REGRET BUYING A CAR FROM CHEVY! Awful customer service and they basically told me to get bent. My first time buying from a dealer and I WILL NEVER encouage anyone to buy from them. Ever. They're nice and all but I bought a used car from them and not even a week later the battery died, I've had to put $400 extra fixing leaks and other issues within the first month oh having it. The seller said it was in condition and the mechanics had said it was all good. Wish I hadnt spent the money on the car. Hopefully yall have better luck.

While traveling from my home in Washington state to California my Trailblazer broke down in Bend. The folks at Chevrolet of Bend were a lifesaver and have been wonderful in helping me out of a very stressful situation. I couldn't be happier with their great service.

We were really happy with our experience at Litha Chevrolet in Bend. My wife and I are slow to make decisions. It took us over a month to finally find a vehicle we liked, and even longer to decide to make a purchase. Over this period, everyone at the dealership was helpful, kind and low pressure. We wanted to say an extra thanks to Steve Smith and Scott Keller for making the whole process easy and enjoyable. We certainly recommend this outfit for anyone looking for a new ride.
