Stall was overly dirty, scrub brush sprayed soap towards the handle not on the brush or vehicle.

SELF SERVE WASH 1. Hard bristle brushes that will scratch your clear coat. 2. Not enough soap to prevent this from happening. A pulse of soap every 30 seconds doesn’t cut it. 3. Fair water pressure.
