Rick has no conscience and is a dishonest businessman. My car had been there for the better part of 5 years!! All I needed was the engine rebuilt. It sat there for 2 years before he ever touched it. I drove it for 4 days until I realized he didn't even connect the shocks. Had to wait 3 weeks for him to fix that and other problems. Brought the car in multiple times over a couple months to fix continuing problems. After only 2 months the motor starting making noise, asked for months to have it looked at, eventually had the car towed to the shop where it sat for almost two years. I threatend to file a lawsuit against him if he didn't fix it. Finally he fixed the car and is charged me another $3500 to get it back. Go anywhere but here!

Rick and his crew are awesome! I am so grateful they were recommended. I was in Bend for the weekend when my Tahoe dumped its antifreeze. Dash lights were flashing, motor was stalling. Rick said to get my truck there and he'd see what he could do. When we got there he had a garage full of cars and more line up for work, yet he and his worker stopped everything to diagnose and fix my truck. Pronto. The charge was minimal. Rick and his worker were genuine, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, amd charismatic. I felt I'd made 2 new friends. And even I mentioned issues with my travel trailer swaying, he said to bring it by and they'd look at it. The next day it, too, was fixed. I was in town for bungee jumping and a concert, yet I feel this interaction (which could have been very stressful) was the best part of my visit. Humans being good humans is the best! I feel blessed to have been pointed in the direction of CARS.Services: Auto water leak repair

Rick really helped me out recently. I was visiting from out of town and needed a new water pump… on a Saturday night… he made the time to get that replaced and also fixed my engine mount! He truly saved the day and helped avoid a mountain of hassle. Thanks Rick!
