I was so thankful for Steve at Baxter Auto today. I had my son with me and my car battery started acting up. I was right by Baxter and pulled in. Steve was quick and kind helping me check my battery function and choosing a new battery. Most amazingly he even helped me install it when my car made it clear it was not going to get me home to install myself. In a blizzard no less. He is an asset to the company and really helped make my day a lot easier!

Love Auto parts stores. One lonesome employee very helpful and had lots of insight on a specialty tool I was inquiring about. Would shop again. Kinda low on stock but to be expected considering the weather right now.

Most of the time have the past you need right in the store. They really know what they are talking about and can make recommendations to things you'll need. Always in good spirits, not grouchy/tired. Never get the run around because I'm a woman. Make sure to check with them first if you want good service.

Found items I needed. Appears to be a clean, orderly little parts shop. Customer service worth notable mention. Attendant checked customers' needs in parking lot, prior to locking store at closing ?

I needed to replace the battery in my Mercedes Benz key fob and these guys looked up how to do it (so as not to cause damage) and replaced on the spot. So helpful, kind and just awesome customer service!
