Been taking my car to Car Kare for a while now. I cannot recommend them enough and tell anyone that needs car work to go here. They are friendly, always fix the problem, answer all my questions, and are reliable. I wouldn't and don't want to take my car anywhere else if it needs repairs.

My suburban broke down just down the street from this shop. After a friend of mine got my car drivable I went in and asked if they could help me fill my antifreeze. Without hesitation they filled my car and charged me a very reasonable amount. Best service I have had from a shop in Bend! Will definitely use in the future for repairs and maintenance.

Well, they charged me more than I was quoted in person before the service. Consequently, my trust in the organization being forthcoming and forthright about service costs is extremely doubtful.

Thankfully, one of Katie's good friends recommended Auto Expertise & Car Kare to us. The shop is easy to find, has a killer lobby vibe, and an engaging staff. In particular, a shoutout out to Austin the owner and Russ the service manager -- they totally rock. If you're looking for professional, good people to take care of your vehicle, AND give you a great deal, this is the place to patron. Huzzah!On a personal note, these guys are now our go-to mechanics. And they should be yours as well, dear reader. Especially since we all know that dealerships (e.g., Ken doll) jack up the price by a trillion percent.I only speak the truth.
