Update - 2023: When we bought our first home in 2017 we used Michael and Rebecca for our financing and they did an amazing job. So when we moved in 2023 and needed to purchase a new home, we were thrilled to find that they could help us again. This time was even easier than the first time! Advantage Mortgage has an app that made submitting required documents quick and easy. Michael and Rebecca kept everything organized and gave us point-by-point instructions every step of the way.They were amazingly responsive to question, concerns, and requests. When we needed a new letter confirming our pre-approval amount, Michael got it to us immediately so we could get our offer in on time. When we were closing and we had questions about some loan documents, Rebecca called right away to help us out.We couldn’t be happier with our loan and the entire loan process. We hope this is our forever home. But if it’s not, we will definitely use Michael and Rebecca again for the next home purchase.Original 2017 Review: We were so lucky to have Michael and Rebecca working with us on a home purchase! For a while we weren't sure that things would ever come together, and even after some setbacks they were able to help us pull everything together and get us our home. When our closing got pushed back for reasons outside everyone's control they even managed to keep our interest rate locked past the original deadline and saved us a bunch of money. We're so happy that they helped us through this process. We highly recommend them - they're a great team!

I have worked with Michael and Rebecca for over 8 years now. They are patient with my many questions, and always make sure I've been well informed in all steps of the mortgage process. I have purchased, refinanced, and most recently dealt with a new construction loan. They have always made me feel like more than a customer, but a friend as well. I would and have highly recommended the Mullins to several friends. You're in great hands with the Mullins on your mortgage team!

Moved from Minnesota to the Portland area and asked my previous mortgage broker who he recommends, he said these guys, hands-down, are the best! I worked in mortgages and real estate for well over a decade and these guys, next to me, ;^) are the most professional and hard-working I have ever had the pleasure to work with.Purchased a home with two other family members to help the aging parents in their sunset years. Many Hurdles of having multiple people on a purchase agreement to get proper qualification and funding and they removed all stress from the financing side of a home purchase. Their attention to detail is stupendous. There is nobody else I would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you very much!

Mike and Rebecca are the best of the best. They worked with us on a complex, multiparty transaction and could not have been more capable, professional and responsive. It was the single best experience I’ve had with any mortgage broker, and perhaps the best experience I’ve had with any service provider generally. Hire them! They are amazing.

Rebecca and Mike are the best! Shopping for our first home, a realtor and mortgage lender/broker was a pretty daunting and scary idea but after meeting Rebecca and Mike, I felt that we were in great and trustworthy hands. Throughout the entire process they were both enjoyable to work with, always fast to respond, answer concerns or questions with total transparency and honesty. Rebecca is ALWAYS encouraging and beyond helpful in all the transactions, transitions and nuances of the loan process. Even when we struggled on our end, she was there for us, providing alternative solutions to make the process work for ours. She has been the most knowledgeable loan consultant we have ever worked with!!! And if she couldn’t answer a question, she was quick to say so, and then to get back to us with the answer.
