I am so impressed with Building Solutions on every level. Their prices are great, they had samples of what I was looking for, real samples not flyers. Huge thanks to Allen. I knew nothing about what is involved when building a Trex Deck. Allen was very knowledgable, quick to reply to my many questions and was so patient as the order got fine tuned.

Hand down the very best lumberyard in Bend, Oregon. From the sales reps to the front desk to the truck loaders everybody that works there is extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. Attitude makes a world of difference. I’ve been to every lumber supplier around and I can very confidently say that Building Solutions is the best!

I have used Building Solutions for the last 7 years and I have never delt with a more professional building rep than Mando. If there happens to be a problem, he has a solution. Tracie, Oscar and Erin are great to work with too. I am a small business and I appreciate it that Mando gives me the same respect as he does his larger accounts. He is upbeat, positive and wears a smile in his face.

I can't recommend Building Solution's enough. Mando is the guy you want on your team! He takes time to help someone like me understand my choices (a homeowner doing a large project that feels a bit over my head). I shopped around town at all the other suppliers and hands down Mando goes above and beyond, he even took time to bring me out to the yard to pick materials and answers my novice questions. Texts, emails and phone calls? He's prompt and professional! My house isn't done yet, but I LOVE the pre stained Irish Stout soffit material and the Hardie siding so far. Thanks for everything, Mando and the whole team at Building Solutions.

High level customer service experience! I've been the business 4 years, my husband, over twenty. One of many reasons we enjoy working with Building Solutions, in particular, Mando and Tracie, is that we can give them plans and expect the order to be completed correctly, and if there's any questions or more details to be figured it, they give us a prompt call back, or let us know if we have made a mistake in our order request. I have built multiple houses in Bend using Building Solutions as my primary materials provider. Mando Cruz has been amazing as my sales person. He takes the time to meet with you, review the plans, and offer advice. It doesn't matter if I am ordering a full framing package or a deadbolt, he is always available to move things forward.You can also count on Building Solutions to step up if any materials have defects.Highly recommend.

I have been in business since 2018, I've been coming to building Solutions for awhile, I've been treated awesome by the staff, delivery driver's, loaders and Sales.I come in" with hand drawings for Deck's, Pergolas, home Additions, fences, etc, & Mando C. I’ve been working with Mando for several years now; he’s accommodating and knowledgeable when it comes to building products, not to mention the customer service I get from building solutions is top notch.It's sad to see someone like “Chris” attack Mando directly on the review page. Clearly you can't satisfy everyone no matter how awesome you are. ?

This is the best place they always have everything that you need and very nice people I recommend everyone to go here and get their supplies mando is the man he’s a good guy easy to work with. Chris you should probably hire a contractor because no supplier is gonna go to your house that’s a contractors job!

Hands down Mando is the best sales representative in Central Oregon. Ive worked with them all. Mando is a pleasure to work with. Building Solutions as a whole has their operation well oiled. Superior pricing, lead time and availability of materials. Operations is faster than all the other lumber yards and delivered with care.
