Have rented from here twice now and have had great experience each time, the manager in there is so friendly and goes above and beyond with anything you need help with..She makes renting from so easy, will continue to rent from her anytime we are in the area and need a vechile.. Thanks for giving great customer service and vechiles!

Didnt get van that i had pre-paid. Substituted a different vehicle but "could only" give me any compesation via no charge for full tank. Then fuel was only 1/4 full. Lady promised to help me reaolve issue via company but then got really upset when i asked her to help. Hung up on me!! Ripped off & poor service follow-thru

We returned a car and picked up a car at the Bend Budget office. Jodie is a fantastic manager. She's Great with customers, it's a busy outlet but you're not kept waiting long. Jodie is fast!! Easy going style doesn't make things difficult! If you need a hire car go see Jodie

Jodi, the manager, is the nicest person ever. She is super easy to work with. We have returned specifically to rent from this Budget/Avis location, because of the excellent customer service provided by the staff.

I rented a car here in February, 2022. Someone hit the car in a parking lot, while I was parked, cracking the bumper. When returning the car, I completed an incident report and submitted photos, police incident report, and all relevant info on the driver who had hit me. I was assured by the Budget people at the counter that I had done everything I needed to and that I would hear from Budget in 30-40 days. After 40 days, I and my insurance company tried to contact Budget and its third party claims company, Sedgwick. Despite numerous tries, we never learned anything beyond that it would take "up to three months." After a while, someone at Sedgwick helped me find out that the car had been rented out to someone else immediately after I returned it, and that it had been rented out numerous times without a damage assessment being done. After three months, my insurance company and I tried again...nothing. If you're not going to pursue a claim that's obviously fine, but could you let me know so I don't have to keep all these files and forms and phone numbers? I have read horror stories about rental companies suddenly charging a customer for damages after many months. I have done everything I can to prevent this, but no one is taking responsibility. The Redmond Budget people refer to Budget's main office number, which refers to Sedgwick, which has no direct communication with Budget. No one answers the phone. I have dozens of canned-looking emails from "customer service" people who have no power to do anything. I will never rent from this company again.

They falsely claimed I returned my rental 2 days late when in reality it was only a few hours late and charged me an extra $347 for the late return. Customer service hung up on me instead of being supportive of my request for a refund. Never rent from this company. I’ve never had a company steal from me until the incident. Could not have had a worse experience.

If I could rate this a zero I would, I showed up on time to pick up the vehicle and the lady at the desk told me over and over again that it wouldn't work, i checked my account and showed the lady that I have enough and still insisted it wouldn't work so, at 11 at night had to spend $56 for a taxi to my hotel to get there on time. The following morning I called customer service and they were even more useless than the person at the counter, so I asked them to send me someone who could help me and they sent me to the pick up location, I went around this circle of phone numbers 3 times (each time was about a 15-25 minute hold time) and then while trying to reschedule rental because that is all they were willing to do the price went up a couple hundred dollars even though we where renting for 2 days less than originally booked for, and when I asked him why the price went up he said that happens and hung up on me. I never received a call back.

I actually picked up my rental in Eugene airport and after 3 hrs of driving, the low tire pressure symbol came on. Ugh! As I'm traveling by myself and didn't have time to troubleshoot, I called the budget 800 number for mechanical assistance. Admittedly, that part of my experience was frustrating. On hold for an hour to be told that "maybe" I could swap out my vehicle at a local Budget. So in the morning I took my chances and drove to the Budget in Bend and asked if they could swap out my vehicle. Danielle was super kind and so helpful. She resolved my issue within minutes by giving me a new rental and I was on my way. Thanks Danielle for turning an unpleasant experience into a positive one!

I can't choose any star rating because Budget rental deserves a 0. Never in my life have I had such a horrendous experience. I have been dealing with this company for over a month to get some severance of some sort. Just when I think it's over, there is something new happening. I finally got a well deserved credit on my card and now I find they are trying to put a new charge on my card. At this point, I am calling the BBB, and maybe the attorney general for their horrible business tactics. I am telling you, NEVER RENT A VEHICLE FROM THEM. You will have problems galore. They gave me a car that reeked of smoke. I switched it out and then that car had a flat. I paid the $90 for 24 hour road service and no one fixed the tire. My girlfriend had to drive me 3 hours to the airport because I waited over 2 hours for a repair that NO ONE FIXED. I called them and told them I left the vehicle with the keys at my friends house and her husband was home. They came and picked up the vehicle that day. 3 days later, I got an email asking me where the vehicle was. I made a call asking for the $90 dollars back. 1 week later, NO ONE had called me. I spent my time and effort into THEIR SCREW UP. I have been so stressed about this whole thing. I called them again and they said they could do NOTHING FOR ME. The bill had extra BS charges and I was so upset that my husband called because I was too angry. He got them to issue a credit finally. Then today, I check my balance and they have charged me $220 dollars. As far as I know, that IS NOT LEGAL. I am FURIOUS and will do whatever it takes to get this charge off of my card. They are criminals and I have NOTHING NUCE TO SAY ABOUT THIS AWFUL, CRIMINAL COMPANY!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM...........

Lady was very helpful with getting our car exchanged, after so much run around on phone.. customer service person was hard to understand with thick accent.. and did not seem to have a clue what to do.. as far as getting assistance.
