I fell in love with Bronwen jewelry several years ago and they have become my "signature". I wear them 24/7, during all types of activities and they have held up well. And the customer service is amazing! I had a clasp break on a necklace a few years ago and they fixed it for me without hassle. And recently, when I had a mail delivery issue for my latest additions they responded quickly to my cry for help and worked with me to make sure I received them. So thankful!

I saw a necklace at our local outdoor store and then immediately went to the website to find more. Absolutely in love with the tiny charm and balance necklaces I just received. I never like taking necklaces off so finding ones that can withstand water / swim is perfect for me!

Bronwen Jewelry should be on most people's "must visit" list whether they're local or from out-of-town. The Bronwen studio is located in downtown Bend, so it's easy to drop by and check out. I'm pretty active, and finding jewelry that I actually like (pretty and feminine -- not flashy or foo-foo) and that I don't have to take off every time I do something outdoors is pretty great. Better yet, the jewelry is affordable - I fell in love with a necklace there, and it was $51-- not bad for something I'm pretty much going to wear every day and has a lifetime warranty! The women working in the studio are helpful and friendly without hovering or making you feel like you have to rush. Conveniently, the studio is near a wine bar, so when you're done, you can go grab a glass of rose and sit in the sun enjoying your new purchase! Or go to Phil's! Either way, you'll be wearing a sweet new necklace!

Great people and awesome jewelry. I picked up one of their necklaces while visiting a friend in Oregon. After a few months, it needed a touch up so I sent it in for a cleaning. No worries! Great communication, friendly service, and a great necklace.
