Horrible customer service. I had called and they said to just come in we can help with that. Only to be sent out of the store after wasting time and gas to get there. Said I had to order it online. No way to order it in store. Don’t waste your time with this overpriced place

This place has been here for many years. I've been coming here for a while to get work boots and whatnot. They have decent prices staff are friendly. if they don't have something. You can always ask them and they'll try to get it.

I will say the location is well-kept and the employees were friendly. But I was so upset about their return policy! They stated I could not return a brand new bought one day ago pair of boots because I had literally walked outside with them they were clean no scuffs no issues (hurt my toes) that was the only reason! They need to be more open about their return policy I’ve never heard of a policy like that before.

Would give a zero star rating if I could! My husband has purchased a bunch of clothing from this store. One of the jeans he bought was defective. The store would not give us a refund.
